Accommodations is "Adults Only". The establishment will not make any exception for cancelations or refunds in case of noncompliance with this requirement.

As a company committed to the environment and the drought problems that the island must face, we change bath linen every 3 days and bed linen every 7 days between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Cleaning the kitchen and any items used for cooking/eating is the guest's responsibility.

The establishment does not have reception staff and check-in is autonomous

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. 2 Schlafzimmer. Schöner Garten, direkter privater Zugang durch den Hinterausgang des Gartens in das Zentrum von Soller. Luxuriöses Erscheinungsbild

Cons:

Ein Schlafzimmer ebenerdig zur Strasse, leider fast keine Schalldämmung durch das Fenster, ab frühmorgens sehr laut. Wenig Geschirr für 4 Personen. Kein Geschirrspüler

Pros:

Établissement avec beaucoup de cachet, dans une rue piétonne. Joli jardin. Très bien situé

Cons:

L’équipement de la kitchenette est un peu minimaliste. Tout est géré via échange de messages et de mails ce qui est dommage compte tenu du type d’hébergement. Une caution de 250€ est demandée avant l’arrivée et prélevée sur le compte bancaire : elle est rapidement restituée heureusement

Und hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Tolles Ambiente im Garten. Sehr gute Betreuung durch den Vermieter.

Cons:

Parkmöglichkeiten etwas umständlich, was allerdings nicht am Vermieter liegt, sondern an den Gegebenheiten in Sóller (Einfuhr in die Stadt nur mit E-Auto oder Genehmigung möglich)
