Accommodations is "Adults Only". The establishment will not make any exception for cancelations or refunds in case of noncompliance with this requirement.

As a company committed to the environment and the drought problems that the island must face, we change bath linen every 3 days and bed linen every 7 days between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Cleaning the kitchen and any items used for cooking/eating is the guest's responsibility.

The establishment does not have reception staff and check-in is autonomous

Please be informed that bicycles are not allowed inside the property. Additionally, the property does not have parking facilities for such vehicles. Stay here. It’s perfect!
Pros:

It is like staying in a 5 star hotel but with your own apartment. From the wonderful, welcoming entrance hall to the spacious apartment with a large balcony it is all perfect. The housekeeper is amazing and keeps everywhere spotlessly clean.
The centre with all the facilities is a few steps away.
We paid extra (€10 per day) for the underground parking place which was well worth it .

Perfect choice for your vacation home in the heart of Soller!
Pros:

We loved our stay, perfect central location with an amazing view. Very stylish, we enjoyed a lot our stay! Beautiful home, very special. Amazing balcony and a garden. It had a full kitchen so that was a huge plus for us. Everything was clean and pleasant.

Pros:

prachtig appartement op mooie locatie in het stadje. Verbleef hier in november, en de prijzen zijn dan aanzienlijk lager dan in het hoogseizoen. In dit laagseizoen is de prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding uitstekend.

Tolle Wohnung mitten in der Stadt mit traumhaften Garten

Mitten im Stadtzentrum, kurze Wege. Ein versteckter traumhafter Garten, den man aus der engen Gasse vor dem Haus stehend niemals erwarten würde. Alles sauber, wohnlich eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation ist eine Herausforderung. Wir waren ganz am Ende der Saison - und fanden deshalb auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen Möglichkeiten das Auto abzustellen (Tip: Mieten Sie kein zu großes Auto, die Parkplätze sind eng). Während der Saison wurde uns gesagt, müssen die Autos z.T. vor der Stadt abgestellt werden.
