Absolutely wonderful
Pros:

More than anything I absolutely loved the staff at the front desk. They should be an example of what customer service should look like in every company. I want to book again just to see them again! The breakfast was great, pool was great everything was clean. This has been one of the best stays ive had in a long time!

Cons:

I didnt like that I had to go home. Wish I could of stayed a little longer.

Best stay I’ve found in Amarillo
Pros:

Very comfortable, the main thing for me was the sheets did not reek of strongly scented laundry detergent . Very good breakfast, super friendly staff

Pros:

Service was very good. Brian was very helpful and has outstanding customer service aswell as the rest of the staff.The room was very clean so was the entire place . I would definitely stay here again

This hotel does not maintain the usual Hampton Inn standards.
Pros:

The check-in staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room still had garbage from the previous guest, the shower floor was stained black and the mattress was worn out, very uncomfortable.
