Perfect place for family and small group. Chilling Villa.
Pros:

Pao Teams made a very breakfast and a very delicious food.
Villa in Coco field with very quite and beautiful place.
We can find a local coffee shop in front of villa.
The host were nice, polite and helpfull, they arrange all our schedule: workshop, tailormade, basket boat, dinner and breakfast. Lovely place and people.

Cons:

Nothing. I just want to stay more but I have fixed schedule with my family

A comfortable villa that has a private feeling and makes you forget the hustle and bustle of Hoi An
Pros:

Great place for traveling with family and friends
I love Hoi An and want to go there again and again.
Even so, the old town is a mess, and it doesn't feel like it's calming down.
It may be selfish of me to say that the closer the better.

This time I used it when I went on a trip with my friends.
To be honest, I would say the hotel is better,
・Be relax
・Sense of privacy
・Rent out
・Like a have a BBQ

If the above wishes were to be fulfilled, the hotel would be in a slightly remote location, and the atmosphere would not match very well.
In such a situation, I honestly think that this is the correct answer.

Full of privacy.
You will feel like you are living in Hoi An.
And the staff who responded to various things? is good

There are things I am careful about when I make a reservation for a place like this.
・Is the room clean? (Is it cleaned regularly?)
・How about the staff?
・How is the response of the staff?

In the end, it's not just about where I live.
And this time it hits! That's what it felt like.

It has a nice atmosphere and is suitable for large families.
The reason I gave it 4 stars is that if it was just my family, it would be too big to use! That's why I gave it 4 stars.
This is my selfishness.

Cons:

It's a little too big house if you're not a large group(up to 5 people )
