Beautiful guesthouse!
Pros:

Flower is an amazing host! She was super nice, very hospitable and arranged some transport for us. The room was spacious, clean and had amazing views. Definitely go have dinner at the restaurant that belongs to the place, it‘s all vegan/vegetarian and absolutely divine!

Cons:

The walls were also very thin, so we got treated to some nice neighborhood karaoke on two nights 😂 But that‘s to be expected in the run up to Tet. Also the shower stayed cold, there was a water heater though so maybe just a malfunction?

Always again.
Pros:

The overall feeling was exceptionel. Family run, help with everything you could possibly need. I walked to the old town (ca. 2km), kind of village life with plenty of options to eat, living next to the river, river views from reataurant and rooms. Bicycles.

Peaceful and full of love
Pros:

The house is situated by the side of the river, in an island, quiet and peaceful. The spaces are comfortable, spacious, full of light and warmth thanks to the owner, that welcomed us in the best way possible! She was so helpful with all our needs, and both her and her children were caring and nice. We hope to come back soon!

Cons:

Nothing, all was perfect.

A gem for anyone looking for an authentic Vietnamese vibe stay
Pros:

The lady who owns the property was so kind and welcoming me when i came there(it took me awhile to find this place) after the cycling from Danang.The location is great to rest,close to the main town with bicycle,there are a lot of more local food and vibe around there more than the other part of Hoi An.And more important,clean bunk and bathroom,the room is spacious,there is even a working table for y'all.Highly recommend for you if you want to find somewhere local and peaceful stay

Pros:

The family were so kind, it felt like I was right at home! They were eager to give me tips, or just talk about my day. The beds were pretty comfy and my favourite thing was the location, it was quiet and serene, perfect for spotting wildlife or sitting by the river to do some work.

An amazing place to relax in Hoi An
Pros:

They let me in the room and rest when i arrived early morning after the long bus ride. The owner, Flower is so friendly and helpful, she gave me all of the best offers she could do for me, her children were also polite and helpful, the lady for helping Flower is very caring as well. The property is located in quiet area and you can enjoy the calm atmosphere. The room is with a big window and clean! I’ll definitely come back when i visit Hoi An! Thank you so much Flower and her team!

3rd time here, but the 1st time in this room, and everything is still perfect:
- Hosts, are so kind, welcoming and helpful.
- The room is spacious and clean. It's just in front of the river, with a beautiful view.

Lovely stay and incredible hospitality
Pros:

I'm so happy that I chose to stay at this hostel. I had a lovely time there. The staff, Flower, was just amazing. Helped me with everything I needed and was extremely kind. I felt very welcomed.

Cons:

It is not the city center, but it didn't bother me, the place was very cozy, near a river.
