Kısmi ön ödeme ile kesin rezervasyon yaptığımız otele akşam 21:30 da eşim ve iki çocuğumla gittik. Otel bizi kabul etmedi, booking.com daki rezervasyon gösterince oradaki numarayı resepsiyon görevlisi 2 dakika biz onlarca defa aradık. Geleceğini söyleyen görevli gelmedi, Whatsup dan yazdıklarımıza (ekran görüntüsü bizde kayıtlı ve booking e yolladım) yanıt vermedi. Gece 23:30 da sokaklarda kaldık çoluk çocuk . Tam bir rezalet

I am writing to share my recent experience at Marriott Alliance 5, which unfortunately did not meet the standards I have come to expect from your brand.

These self-managed properties require guests to contact the owner directly for access to keys and other arrangements. However, I had to wait nearly 45 minutes without any response from the owner, despite repeated calls. Additionally, the front desk staff appeared unprepared to assist and could not provide guidance on how to resolve the situation, which added to the frustration.

This experience was disappointing and fell short of the quality of service I associate with Marriott. I hope this feedback helps in improving the guest experience at Alliance 5, as I remain a loyal customer and look forward to a more seamless stay in the future.
