Tattva Deluxe 1 BHk

We booked 2 rooms here. The check-in mentioned was 12 noon. The hotel called us twice to confirm the booking and i said yes. We reached the hotel at 5:30 in the evening. They first took the payment from us and then said that only one room was available for check-in now and will be ready in 10 mins. We waited patiently. After about 30 mins they say the room will take longer, another 30 mins. When we checked we understood that our room was given to someone else for a short duration and they couldn't give us the room until they left. I then spoke to the manager/owner Rajeev, who was extremely rude and suggested that all this was my fault and that I did not have a confirmed booking. I then asked for a refund. He straight away refused and said i had no other choice but to wait. There was no apology or an apologetic tone. Now by 6:30 when we still did not have a room, we decided to go back to town as it was useless speaking to them. We spent the next 3-4 hours outside. No one called to inform me about anything during this time. We only came back after 10:30 and this is when the other room was given to us.
