Excellent friendly place, superb bar and staff and owner helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Excellent value for money generally, and the real gem is a lovely bar that you can settle into by an open fire. The full Welsh breakfast was very good, and the staff were patient with us as we were a larger group who didn't all arrive at the same time. They also fitted us in for a dinner one night even though we arrived without a booking around the time the kitchen was closing.

Cons:

Only thing that could have been better was the coffee - the one person cafetieres provided on the first day were fine, but on the second day we had larger cafetieres to share and the coffee was very weak.

Thought it was going to be a run of the mill pub stay,but the staff and the food made it a lovely !!

Breakfast great..food great lovely big portions.Nice new rooms. The staff were all young and friendly super helpful.

The room was clean

Cons:

I could hear the road traffic, I could also hear the rooms above me move chairs and other things around, I could hear people in the hall way during the night while I was trying to sleep. The bed wasn't comfy. I had a really poor nights sleep. I had eaten in the restaurant on the night time which was also a disappointing meal, so much that I decided to skip breakfast and continue my travels.
