First time at this hotel.everything about it was superb, we stopped full board with the intention of probably eating out a few lunches but the price difference from hb to FB was minimal, I'm glad we did the food was exceptionsl

Cons:

Mixed veg on the booked breakfast nenu🤣 apart from that abso nothing, only caught the entertainment on obe night.tbf the place was full.but not my sorta thing' very Spanish but that was the audiance

No hay nada que no me gustara ,empezando por el gran equipo de trabajadores,que siempre te recibian con una sonrisa,y todo lo demas perfecto

Vrij goed, maar een aantal zaken zijn voor verbetering vatbaar.
Pros:

De centrale ligging, net buiten het drukke centrum.

Cons:

Niet genoeg variatie in het buffet.
Dresscode voor het diner zou goed zijn, zodat gasten niet met teenslippers, strandshort en T-shirt komen dineren.

Staff miserable, military like, no smiles. Reception staff had poor English (all staff) and no knowledge of buses trains etc. no map of the area. Very disappointed and place overrated as 4 star. And over expensive

El único fallo es que nos dijeron que podíamos dejar la habitación y seguir en la piscina por que había ahí un vestuario en el que ducharnos, pero la ducha estaba rota y nos tuvimos que ir ir con el cloro
