Po rezervaci na hotelu přes Booking asi v 10hodin večer nám recepční sdělila, že pokoj pro nás nemá a náhradní ubytování nám nenabídli. Těsně před půlnocí jsme museli hledat náhradní ubytování.

Would’ve expected much better for a 4 star hotel
Pros:

Room was comfortable but needs more draw space. 3 x draws is inadequate for a double room.

Cons:

Also, sun beds on sun roof terrace need a serious clean.
Sun beds next to main pool are squashed in next to each other, you feel on top of everyone else, no space or any extent of privacy.

Very convenient for central Benidorm and close to the old town.

Cons:

Nothing really the fault of the hotel but some of the hen/stag party groups can become a little bit much around the pool area.
