Pros:

el desayuno incluido va más allá de un desayuno continental, es variado y de buena calidad los productos.
Debo destacar que en especial la atención de Oli fue sumamente proactiva, cálida y profesional!!

El espacio para pasear a tu mascota es amplio y agradable. La ubicación magnifica a 5 minutos caminado de Gallerias y en una zona linda y segura.

I would stay here again for business but not vacation
Pros:

i was in town for business and all of our business partners stayed in this hotel. everyone had a great time. The only issue was the highway sound outside of the window. Maybe they can add different type of windows.

Cons:

staff and convenience. Easy access to highway exit and local restaurants.

Great place!
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful. Loved the pool and the room was very comfy and clean. The front desk also accommodated us and got us on the 2nd floor because of an elevator phobia.

Cons:

The only critique is that the stairs can't be accessed from the 1st floor. I had to elevator up, then go down to let in my other person occupying the room because of the elevator phobia. So a key entry to thr stairs should be installed.
