Location was great but the apartment should not be the money that they are charging.
Pros:

Location and cleanliness

Cons:

Wifi that didn’t work downstairs
Pool was green and dirty and not cleaned for our kids to swim in
The fans in the 4 wet rooms downstairs closest to the bedrooms are incredibly loud and do not switch off. No one in our family could sleep.
We called Brown and Co ( property managers ) at least 4 times and never got a call back.
We had to drive to the office on our 3rd day to address the issues.
The pool was cleaned on the last day. Unfortunately our kids couldn’t use it for 4 days.
We did not expect this quality for $1000 per night.

Well located to Hastings st, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Property was well located with good amenities.
We were 5 adults and the space was comfortable.

Cons:

The stairs up and down to Hastings st were hard work, but this is not the property’s fault. But I would not recommend them for anyone elderly or unsteady on their feet.

Great stay, beautiful apartment, beautiful location
Pros:

Great location, out of the hustle and bustle of Hastings st but only a small walk either down the hill or down the 200 stairs, love that it had a pool. Everything was lovely

Cons:

The steep 200 stairs down to Hastings st, no lift in the building
