Cons:

I was contacted on the day of my arrival while awaiting my connecting flight by a woman asking me to meet her at a totally different property. A block of private condos. Short term rentals of condos are illegal in Vietnam. We were left sitting at the airport in Vietnam at nearly 23:00 trying to find somewhere else to say. This place should not even be advertised on Booking.com. This is a popular scam in Vietnam.

Owner was so loving!
Pros:

This hotel has an amazing owner who truly went above and beyond for us during our stay. From the moment we arrived, she was attentive and genuinely concerned for our wellbeing. When we mentioned that one of us wasn't feeling well, she immediately offered to help us get to the hospital. Her compassionate and caring nature made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The owner's exceptional customer service and willingness to assist us in our time of need is a testament to her character and the high standards she upholds for her hotel. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating place to stay.
