Pros:

Rönkházban szálltunk meg, ízlésesen berendezett, tágas terek, minden kényelmes volt. A személyzet nagyon kedves. Az éttermek szuperek, a reggeli változatos és az nagyon tetszett, hogy nem a megszokott szállodai svédasztalos kínálat volt.

Cons:

A rönkházban fáztunk, sajnos az alsó szintet nem tudta kellően felfűteni a klíma. Bár nagyon hideg volt kint, -8 fok. Kipróbáltuk a gokartot, de nem volt jó élmény, mert a pálya nem volt eltakarítva a hótól, nagyon csúszott.

Pros:

Gyönyörű, igényes szálloda rengeteg szórakozási és kikapcsolódási lehetőséggel.
Az ételek szintén minden várakozást felülmúltak.

Cons:

Nyilván tisztában voltunk az árakkal, legalábbis nagyjából, de néhány dolog érthetetlenül drága volt, illetve csalódás az is, hogy egyre több minden feláras, és egy kicsit lehúzás érzetét kelti az egyébként sem olcsó szálloda.

Továbbra is az egyik kedvenc szállodánk!
Pros:

Gyönyörű környezet, a külső szauna csodálatos és kiváló a szauna program , fűtött kültéri medence fantasztikus . A reggeli kínálata és minősége szuper. Tisztaság és kényelem. A személyzet probléma kezelése 5-ös.

Cons:

A vacsoránál az étel adagok számunkra nagyon kevesek. Egy sarki szobát kaptunk ahol az ágy mögött és mellett is ablakos felület kellemetlenül hideg mondhatni huzatos volt. A belső wellness medencékben nekünk hűvös a víz.

Pros:

Bőséges svédasztalos reggeli minden reggel. A személyzet rendkívül kedves. Az egész szálláson tisztaság van.

Szolgáltatások .. nem tettek ki csak egy egy törölközőt gyengébb szállodákban is 2db/fő jár nem hogy 5 csillagos wellness szállodában.A Spa részlegen nem volt biztosítva a víz hőmérséklete így csak a kis medencét tudtunk használni, ez volt picit melegebb, viszont fölötte a reggeli órákban, az ablak nyitva volt.Én értem hogy szellőztetni kell, de a wellness nyitásakor már ezen túlkellene lenni, hogy ne a vendég időtöltése lássa kárát.A szobában is hideg volt ahol fűtési lehetőség nem volt adott, mert az erre kirendelt személyzet haza távozott az adott pillanatban amikor érdeklődtem.(20:00) A svédasztalos reggelinél borzasztó rózsaszín rántottát tálaltak amit még én is jobban megcsinálok, mint az állítólagosan itt dolgozó Michelin csillagos séfek.Hiányos volt üdítőben, a tejet sem cserélték ha kifogyott, így elég is volt, köszönjük, de szerintünk ár-érték arányban nem jó választás.
