Everything was exceptional. We traveled with 11 month twins and we had all we need in the room. The staff was very polite and helpful, the facilities was great for both adults and kids. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back soon. Also the food was delicios, great variety for breakfast!
Pros
The location is simply beautiful—perfectly integrated into nature, with impressive architecture and a quiet, refined atmosphere.
The resort is easy to reach, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. Since we chose a forest-design room, we were transported along with our luggage by golf cart to our building, which is located on the other side of the resort.
This area is nestled close to the forest and features a private heated pool, a private spa, and a bar. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, with everything you need, including good complimentary Wi-Fi.
There are two restaurants within the resort, and we tried both. The food was good, with reasonable prices for this level of accommodation. Breakfast was a particularly pleasant surprise, offering a wide variety of high-quality options.
There are plenty of activities and attractions within the resort, especially suitable for families with children. It is also a pet-friendly location, which is a big plus.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience, and we would definitely like to return.
Cons
First, the pillows: we have never experienced such poor-quality pillows in a five-star resort. After the first night, we asked reception for a replacement. The staff member was very kind and offered us a catalog with different options. However, the pillows we received were very similar—cheap-feeling, small, and too firm, making them uncomfortable to sleep on.
Second, the couple’s massage: we booked a 90-minute session, but it turned out to be one of the most disappointing massages we’ve ever experienced. It felt as though it was performed by someone with little to no experience. Additionally, no one at the spa reception informed us that the “90-minute couple’s massage” actually includes only 50 minutes of massage and 40 minutes of time spent in a jacuzzi. This is not clearly explained on the website, and it creates misleading expectations. You arrive expecting a full 90-minute professional massage but receive a much shorter and lower-quality experience.
Personal Recommendation
Location already have excellent coffee setups with La Marzocco machines and grinders. It would be a great and easy upgrade to add a second single-dose grinder along with specialty single-origin coffees for guests who appreciate freshly roasted beans.
Temperatura apei din piscine a fost perfectă, camera spațioasă. Micul dejun foarte diversificat și calitativ. Restaurantele sunt foarte bune și personalul atent la toate nevoile.
Uneori am avut impresia că s-au făcut diferențe între noi și cetățenii maghiari.Băutura de bun venit nu a existat pentru noi și nici cea de plecare...cetățenii maghiari o primeau. Am mai observat diferențe și la cină seara....

Locația este într-un mediu natural cu multe spații verzi super întreținute.in incinta pista carturi,loc de joacă pentru copii,piscină încălzită la exterior, spa la interior,două restaurante super bune cu personal atent la toate nevoile și bucătari pe măsură .Fiind ziua mea de naștere am avut o surpriză plăcută .Mi-au pus o felicitare și o butelie de vin în cameră.Daca vrei să te simți răsfățat și respectat poți încerca șederea la acest resort cel puțin două nopți! Aș reveni oricând cu plăcere! Felicitări!
