BELLA STRUTTURA CENTRALE
Pros:

La posizione è eccezionale; essendo in pieno centro storico il garage non è all'hotel ma in una stradina vicina; buona la colazione, servita intorno ad un bellissimo giardino che nei mesi invernali si vede dalle vetrate. L'hotel si presenta bene, ha un bell'ingresso e una bella scala di accesso alle camere. Bella l'idea di fornire acqua potabile gasata e naturale, fresca, con un QRcode consegnato alla cassa al costo di tre euro

Cons:

in generale è stato un gradevole soggiorno; forse alla reception ci potrebbe essere più elasticità alla richiesta di un servizio minimo (esempio spedizione di cartoline)
Non è comodissimo il sistema di accesso al garage (va ritirato il telecomando in hotel, dall'hotel per i sensi unici nel centro storico si deve fare un giro per raggiungere il garage che di fatto è a pochi passi e alla partenza va riportato il telecomando in hotel con le difficoltà a lasciare l'auto sulla strada principale...forse con dei codici di apertura/chiusura sarebbe più semplice)

L'accoglienza e eccellente rapporto qualità / prezzo. La stanza era calda, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort necessari. Colazione non troppo abbondante ma con prodotti di qualità!

Good place to visit the beautiful city of Ferrara
Pros:

The location is great, in the centre but not noisy. The restaurant colocated serves excellent food. They have a garage.

Cons:

The rooms is divided in three levels which is not very convenient.
