Mi è piaciuto solo la posizione,che è veramente centrale e ha nei pressi tutti i servizi

Non mi è piaciuta la bassissima pulizia della mia camera, era pienissima di polvere dappertutto,i battiscopa non venivano spolverati da non so quanto infatti ho dovuto prendere un antistaminico. La tavoletta del bagno era indecente e c'erano ancora peli negli angoli. Ho fatto presente ciò all addetto della reception che non ha trovato soluzioni adeguate,anzi si è dimostrato poco accogliente e ha dato risposte totalmente inadeguate al limite del vergognoso. Inoltre la colazione ha poca scelta e il cappuccino ,imbevibile, bisogna farlo in autonomia dalla macchinetta, uguale per il caffè. Non ritornerei mai più perché a mio giudizio lo staff è lontanissimo dalla calorosa e professionale accoglienza emiliana.

We were delighted with our stay at Maxxim hotel
Pros:

The staff at reception were super helpful and friendly. We were very grateful to have two restaurant bookings made for us as we don't speak Italian. The hotel is well designed, incorporating the modern and the historic.

Maxxim Hotel vale tutte le sue stelline ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pros:

La struttura è raggiungibile dalla stazione centrale di Ferrara , facendo una bella passeggiata di 20 min . A 200 metri dal centro storico, quindi ha una posizione perfetta, vicina a tutti i servizi , un hotel che vale tutte le stelline che ha, colazione speciale sia dolce che salata, ben assortita, accogliente, staff tutti gentilissimi, camere su tre livelli , tipo un loft, pulite e spaziose , letti comodi, larghi e cuscini comodissimi , LO CONSIGLIO 🫶🏻

Cons:

Il bagno un po’ piccolo , poco spazio tra il water e il bidet, infatti non capisco gli idraulici con che criterio fanno questi lavori .
