Abysmally inflexible, unaccommodating attitude apparently stemming from the GM -better hotels nearby
Pros:

Some non-management staff quite helpful like older gentleman in foyer who helps with luggage, directions etc.

Cons:

Inability to accommodate a dietary medical request advised to them when booking made months ago.
Certain staff 'passing the buck' telling you to raise your problem with F&B (restaurant) and restaurant staff well trained to 'pass the buck' to reception.
Reception unable to escalate any problem presumably for 'face-sving' reasons.
Reception staff totally inflexible on everything.
Reception staff well-trained to pretend not to understand two words in English and want to defer to GM later, later and later, seemingly hoping you'll give up, forget or have left before they respond.
Hotel doesn't provide simple item that 99% hotels across the world do - a fold out to place your case on. Reception adamant they don't supply these; don't want to supply a spare table as an alternative.
Reception don't want to provide early check-in unless charging more than one day's room rate.
Breakfast is very basic and doesn't provide for any dietary problem even with advance notice.
Hotel doesn't want to spend $1 to buy in milk that guest will not be allergic to.
Breakfast items not sufficiently labelled to understand what they are.
It's impossible to see anything from the tiny (45cm broad) window as has privacy glazing that prevents seeing out.
Only local tea bags available - so best bring your own!
Majority of staff duplicity by pretending to care and behaving the opposite: they seem to be well-trained to behave like this!

Prima verblijf in district 1
Pros:

Keurig hotel, prima hotelkamer met een goede douche. Personeel is vriendelijk. Super locatie in district 1, veel dingen op loopafstand. Winkelcentra en 7eleven vlakbij.

Cons:

De bedden zijn keihard, dit aangegeven, ze hebben er een topper opgelegd waarna het beter was.

Gutes Hotel an seht guter Lage.
Pros:

Gutes Hotel, liegt gut, alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Schöne Roofbar mit gutem Essen!
Der Portier macht einen super Job, lächelt immer und es ergibt sich ein kleiner "Schwatz", ohne Google-Transleter;-)

Super Blick auf die Stadt - große Zimmer - gute Lage - 24h Supermarkt und Restaurant direkt neben dem Hotel. Preis Leistung stimmt. Waschmaschine mit Trockner in der Suite super.
