No WiFi, no cleaning, fresh bedding or towels. One cup between two people, tv wouldn't work and couldn't get out onto balcony. We left after two days.
Not much about this hotel.
The worst thing was that the staffs can’t speak English at all, can’t even help me to find out how to get to the Cat Ba island which is the biggest island nearby and keep saying: I don’t know😂
Only suitable for their own people
The whole area almost totally dark at night, most building are empty.
The rooms were clean and modern and the price was relatively cheap.
For a 4 star hotel I expected more. It was an average (but clean and modern) room and the hotel didn't have any special facilities. The view from my room was another building. But maybe that was to be expected from the cheap price. The reception didn't really make me feel welcome.

There was nothing to dislike
Staff were very nice. No english at all though. Location could be cool but it was totally empty there. Every place with a resurant sign up was closed because of no customers.
