Pros:

Beautiful sea

Cons:

Terrible sound insulation. There are holes everywhere, it's very crowded and noisy everywhere. At night, children break in the door. There is no question of any calm. The beach is very dirty. Plastic is everywhere. No one cleans up. It's not worth the money. Unless you want to sleep like in a tent in the middle of the market.
