Отличный отель, настоящие 5 звезд. В центре города, относительно удобная локация.
Всё идеально чисто. Китайцы далеко не все разговаривают по-английски даже в отелях, но здесь с этим проблем нет.
Отель дорогой поэтому берут не маленький депозит. Мы оставались на 4 ночи, депозит сняли 1000$.
Кстати, пока ещё не вернули обратно. Надеюсь, что с этим проблем не будет.

Ideale Lage
Das Restaurant war nicht unbedingt auf den europäischen Geschmack ausgerichtet, auch wenn wir grundsätzlich offen für neue Küche sind. Trotz Nutzung eines Übersetzers kam es wiederholt zu Missverständnissen bei der Bestellung. Zudem waren mehrere Gerichte auf der Karte aufgeführt, jedoch nicht verfügbar; dies wurde teilweise erst nach 20–30 Minuten mitgeteilt. Oder waren falsch übersetzt in Englisch - statt Ente kam Fisch .Wir haben zwei der Restaurants ausprobiert, konnten jedoch kein überzeugendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis feststellen. Außerhalb des Hotels haben wir deutlich besser gegessen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der gute und zuverlässige Zimmerservice.

The location is excellent, and both the rooms and overall facilities are of a high standard. The reception staff were courteous and helpful.
However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. It was difficult to get coffee, communication was challenging as staff did not speak English, and orders were frequently mixed up with those of other guests. Basic items such as spoons and sugar had to be requested repeatedly.
The porter service was also unsatisfactory. Our luggage was collected from the room, but one of our backpacks was not loaded into the transfer car. We only discovered this upon arrival at the train station.
The customer service team at the business lounge in the train station was very helpful—they assisted us in arranging a taxi for delivery and communicated with the hotel to expedite the process. Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not provide adequate support in resolving the issue.
As a result, we incurred additional costs of 300 yuan for delivery and assistance, had to change our train tickets, and ultimately missed our transfer in Beijing.

Номер передали не чистый, на полу волосы, штопор самый дешевый в номере, на ресепшене стояла рулетка с возможностью выиграть приз, но поучаствовать не дали, на звонки отвечают не сразу, нужно звонить несколько раз
The location is excellent, right on the Bund with a fantastic view. The room was very spacious, modern, and well-equipped. The balcony view was amazing. The service was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was also very good with a great variety of choices.
