В целом хороший отель, но за цену хочется более приветливый персонал и более чистый номер

Номер передали не чистый, на полу волосы, штопор самый дешевый в номере, на ресепшене стояла рулетка с возможностью выиграть приз, но поучаствовать не дали, на звонки отвечают не сразу, нужно звонить несколько раз

An excellent stay with great location, modern facilities, and exceptional service.
Pros:

The location is excellent, right on the Bund with a fantastic view. The room was very spacious, modern, and well-equipped. The balcony view was amazing. The service was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was also very good with a great variety of choices.

Nothing in particular. Everything met or exceeded expectations

Hotel top per posizione , camere e accessori delle stesse , vista sullo Skyline spettacolare

Forse in prezzo un po’ “over” ma lo sapevo , nessuna sorpresa; prezzo colazione (della quale non ho usufruito) direi fuori , se non erro 40€ a persona a notte…
