Pros:

So far the worst place to be in Wisconsin Dells!
Pros:

Every night the front desk lady was so arrogant for all the guests. I thought she was only like that to me, but I heard other families complain about her attitude too!

Cons:

On the first night of our arrival, we met the front desk guy from India, and the same guy was sending inappropriate messages to my daughter on her Instagram page! I felt like on a holiday in a Third World country!

not as fancy as I thought it would be. Very warm in the halls and breakfast area. Warm in the room even with air conditioning

Pros:

I liked the quiet atmosphere of the hotel. I came to town for a work conference and although the hosting hotel had a "room block", these hotel accomodations are so much better!

Cons:

The morning sausage was over microwaved and eggs too.

I was not impressed. Place was dirty, smelled and unkept.
Pros:

Was edible but options were limited and many items needed refilling. No one was around to ask.

Cons:

Could have had more options. Could have had staff checking to make sure items did not run out.

Staff was very friendly an helpful.

Cons:

They had to give us a different room because the toilet was unusable but the next room the window wouldnt close all the way so the traffic noise could be heard all night. Some lights didnt work while others flickered on and off.

Overall rooms clean & comfortable, would not.ountnon eating there for breakfast

Beds were comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast was scarce and there were fruit flies that were disturbed when we went to dispense the juice. Bagels were stale. We went out for breakfast instead.
