Everything about the stay was comfortable and it was a lovely and clean place.
Pros:

The staff were accommodating, polite and helpful in their service despite the language barrier. We appreciate their efforts in helping us. The location was convenient with access to its surrounding shops and a short drive to/from the airport, and overall a good place to stay

Cons:

Lack of information regarding laundry and washing. It was uncertain whether there was access to clothes washing machines or related services. We would like more transparency about it regardless of whether there are washing machines/services or not. The stairs also creaked quite a bit.

overall stay is good
Pros:

The room was very spacious, clean, and safe. It was very quiet at night, which made the stay comfortable. The location is excellent — right next to a 24-hour K-Circle mart and the Pollux Habibie Apartment, which has a small mall underneath. It’s also close to the city. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. Highly recommended for a stay

Cons:

the room could use more lighting as it was a bit dim, and additional hanging space for clothes would be helpful. Overall, it’s still recommended for a stay.

Amazing and highly recommended .
Pros:

The host is very friendly and the front desk staff super accommodating . At first I was skeptical with the space shown in Ads but it was BEAUTIFUL and the design of the place is modern .
Received a welcome basket with my name , hand written on the card as well .
Not only the room is clean , the area outside of the place quite well kept .

Cons:

1. The bidet in the toilet needs some fixing . It shoots like a waterjet and caught me off guard the first time using it .
Cannot be used at all [because washing sensitive area HAHAHA]
2. Tv channels are limited . Would appreciate access to Netflix or Youtube [for kids]
3. Mirrors are limited . Only have the one in bathroom which is shared and one standing mirror . Would appreciate if each room / space provided with mirrors .

Only one bathroom/toilet for 4 people.
Address is a problem. At first the grab driver dropped us at the wrong place, then our food delivery driver also delivered our Kueh Lapis to the wrong place.

Love the aesthetic design of the oxy suites. The best minimalist design we ever stayed. We had a great stay!

Comfortable accommodation with good facilities and location!
Pros:

Responses and yodates from the staff were impeccable, they ensured we could find the location and were very patient with us. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and modern! The owner/staff also left a personalised note to welcome the guests - was a simple but well-appreciated surprise for us too!

Cons:

Maybe just needed a bigger trash can for people who want to cook in the apartment. The tap in the toilet was a little too close to the edge of the sink.
