Ausstattung, alles war noch sehr neu.
Spa Bereich passt nicht zum Hotel erinnert mehr an ein Schwimmbad aus meiner Schulzeit. Außerdem war es dort sehr kalt

Devoir utiliser la pression de l’eau de la douche au maximum pour avoir de l’eau chaude c’est très désagréable car du coup le jet d’eau est beaucoup trop fort et fouette votre corps… inacceptable pour un 5 étoiles et aussi une mauvaise gestion du deposit au moment du Check out qui peut créer des quiproquos
They upgraded me to a Grand Suite which was a great gesture, the room was very spacious, was spotless, and the mini bar had a good variety of options.
The views from the room were spectacular, elevators were fast and it was seamless. Butler service prompt and convenient
Location is brilliant, right outside metro station.
Staff at Reception was very nice, ones at the elevators too.
When I arrived, the staff was treating me like some sort of tourist who’s lost despite me telling them I’ll be arriving that hour and when they found out I was staying there - they didn’t really change their mood
As soon as I used the hotel’s complementary cables to charge devices, the metal thing on one of them came loose and got stuck in my phone. I managed to get it out. I asked a butler if they could provide me a replacement which they did, although the packaging said ‘fast charging’ it was averaging around 5W - which was very slow. They should really be doing quality checks as I’ve had that happen to me before and it got physically stuck in my phone and I had to buy a new one furthermore it could electrocute whoever (unlikely)
The breakfast was not organised well, and quite unprofessional. When I went in, a staff member took me outside and sat me down in the lounge with no explanation and offered me a drink I was confused
Then she comes back, she sits me at a table then a waitress says that I can go and get stuff from the buffet, she said this like she was annoyed at me, had a american accent or sounds like one at least - I grabbed fruit, muffins, croissants (there were other stuff there) and as soon as I was done, she comes back to me around 10 minutes after with a menu asking me what I’d like to have in a grouchy mood
Why tell me to go to the buffet and that and then tell say you can order something proper like a omelette? Menu should’ve been given as son ask I sat down and the buffet offered afterwards. I seen other people have stuff which wasn’t from the buffet but I thought mine is only limited to the buffet cause it was included with the room.
For me, I live in the UK but the breakfast was alright, it wasn’t anything special and it’s like the average hotel breakfast you get in a low budget. Omelette and waffles was nice, nothing social.

Einige Räume waren überraschend kühl
早餐看起来很丰富，但是order的端上桌都是冷的，虽然看起来非常漂亮，但是好像是食物标本，吃起来很一般。
特别糟糕的房间动线设计和室内装修，很cheap，很不方便，大而不当，尤其是室内灯光开关的设计，简直糟透了，我想留一盏较远的落地台灯独自亮着，尝试了无数遍，找不到如何做到，从来没有发生过。还有就是酒店提供的毛巾，味道太难闻了，闻起来很脏，就像地铁里闻到的拥挤的味道，非常让人不适。简直就是不敢用。
