Pros:

Localização é boa, a recepção é bonita e tem as coisas como se estivesse em casa (ferro de passar, talheres e prato).

Cons:

Primeiro: apartamento já mais velho.
Segundo: você trata com várias pessoas diferentes por que não é uma locação pelo hotel, é por terceiros que são donos do quarto no hotel. Não são tão legais.
Terceiro: É caro e não tem café da manhã
Quarto: Você não pode ter acompanhante, mesmo locando vaga de casal, por que precisa enviar documentação imediata. Tal indicação não está prevista na reserva.
