Downtown North Side Pittsburgh! Close to the hospitals!

I don’t know where the 9.4 rating comes from, but having traveled the world I will say that the manager who you chat with is great — responsive and kind — but the rental itself isn’t great — I wouldn’t return. I arrived and needed the bathroom and had to message to get toilet paper. The house itself is livable but not very clean (e.g., the bathroom isn’t sanitary), including having a slight odor of cigarettes and, in the basement where the washer and dryer are, urine. Plus I did laundry and it kind of smells like the water is off?! There is shampoo and hand soap, and a towel and washcloth are provided, but no shower wash, and no paper towels or napkins (e.g., in the kitchen). On the bed, there are a couple throw blankets but no full-size comforter — fortunately the heat was at 68, so I snuggled it around and was okay sleeping in a sweater.

I think windows could be somehow fixed so that freezing wind won’t be blowing in your head. Other than that it’s a good value for the money!

The place is not easy to find at night. You need to come earlier because the road is a little dark.
