Roaches
Pros:

Near food

Cons:

They asked me to take out their rubbish when I was only there for a day. Full of roaches, they haven't even given us a refund. We had to leave in the middle of the night because my partner was so terrified. Roaches in the bed, on our stuff, even in the fridge. We actually couldn't believe it

Cheaper but not good location and not comfortable.
Pros:

Cheaper than other condotel.

Cons:

The unit there some small cockroach roaming around, the washroom stinks because of wet rags, no proper bedding, they said there’s complementary of coffee and tea but none, lastly quite far from Mall of Asia.

I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

There is no restaurant. I made my own breakfast.

Cons:

The lamp stand had no bulb. There could be a notice in the room to tell guests prices payable for usage of stock provided in the room. And the Wi-Fi was not stable. Most of the time, on and off.
