Should be called a motel it’s right next to the motorway, 2 star MAX

Hardly anything, it’s on the beach

Cons:

Their customer service is atrocious, long walk to room, consist of 3 buildings so takes some time. very dated. They were doing some works above our room and I asked the receptionist what she can do about it. Her reply was “They should be finished by 6-7pm” had to contact booking.com and got a different room

Buena ubicación

Cons:

Fui el sábado por una boda, y cogí una habitación en el mismo hotel, la boda terminó a las 4 am... A las 8:30 del domingo comenzaron con mastileos y taladros de alguna reforma que se realizó en el hotel, esperaba poder dormir por lo menos hasta las 10, terminé con un dolor de cabeza por el ruido que no se lo deseo a nadie.
Experiencia: Desepcionante.

A lovely experience, nice room and food, manly local staff employed all helpful, relaxing.
Pros:

When we arrived to the hotel, we had our bags taken to our room which was a nice start. Our room was a double with sea view and balcony. If you like to hear the sound of waves you will not be disappointed. The view is spectacular as the hotel is right on the beach and you can walk to the town centre along the promenade with access via a private gate using a room card. Breakfast is a buffet which you can have a selection of fresh fruits, juice, cold meats, cheese, cooked breakfast and vast selection of bread, you can have a glass of cava with your breakfast if you wish as well as a selection of cakes. Beautiful decoration and surroundings everywhere. The building was well maintained and looked after. We tried a la carte and evening buffet. Both were really good. We had a nice suprise when we were given a bottle of cava in an ice bucket and two glasses on the day of my wifes birthday,

Pros:

This is a massive hotel! The staff were lovely and helpful.
The spa was very small for such a big hotel, but lovely and warm, apart from the relax room which was uncomfortably cold. It’s end of January and weather unusually extremely cold for Spain, so warmth very welcome!
Breakfast was amazing but due to the nature of our visit we didn’t have the opportunity to try the restaurants, but would have loved to.
Bedrooms were very comfortable, just basic, with lovely sea views from a small terrace.

Cons:

Generally it lived up to its 4 star grading and was very nice. However a lot of us had problems with our room key cards as apparently the batteries in the locks were running out. It was annoying as it could take a long time to get into the room!
Our main problem was the cold temperature of the hotel. It was uncomfortably cold. We had to wear jumpers and coats everywhere. I know the temperatures are unusually cold in Spain at the moment (we live in southern Spain), but it made it unpleasant. However the bedrooms did have heating thank goodness!

Pros:

Friendly staff, great buffet breakfast, comfortable room, close to restaurants, beach and free parking. Very central for many golf courses. We have stayed at the hotel c6 times in the past 4 yrs.

Cons:

There was a conference on over our last weekend so alot of late night noise that went on to c5am. It wouldn't put me off booking again.
