Access to the spa and fitness area is restricted to guests aged over 16.

Please note that it is not allowed to access Doña Lola Restaurant shoeless and shirtless. Neither the access to the restaurant in the outdoor area (beach club) or the Beatriz Terrace without a shirt is allowed.

Please note that air conditioning and heating in rooms are not individually controlled.

For stays on December 24 and December 31, the published half-board rates include a mandatory supplement corresponding to the gala dinners held on those evenings.

The Gala Dinner Package for the 31 December starts at 20:00 and includes:

- Brunch Buffet till 15:00 pm.
Late check-out until 14:00.

Not quite right for us.
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was great as it was right next to a beach that wasn't busy.
The actual hotel is impressive and the SPA area is great.

Cons:

We arrived and were told that we had been upgraded to a superior room which we were thrilled by! However, while the room was bigger, we opened the curtains and we were greeted by other guests sunbathing about 2 meters away. You have to keep the curtains closed if you want any privacy.

Then when showering, I think the silicon on the shower door had worn out because, no matter how much I tried, the floor just flooded. I also don't think the extractor fan worked (unless it was remarkably quiet and then I do apologise)

You get complementary bottles of water, which is great, but they were stored in a mini bar fridge which had mildew/mold in it.

Otherwise the room seemed spotless. Those few things listed above, (and the really crowded breakfast canteen/restaurant area) just tainted the experience. We might have been unlucky but that's my honest feedback.

Pros:

Breakfast as always was superb

Cons:

Beach club we think was understaffed since service level was not up to our expectations.
It seemed suffering also from lack of organisation. Food was however excellent when we finally got it.

Ok ophold med alvorligt minus til maden
Pros:

Ok morgenmad. Perfekt beliggenhed ved motorvej og strand. Fine værelser. Flot lobby.

Cons:

Aftensmad forfærdelig. Vi havde glædet os men blev vildt skuffet. Var her ni dage ialt. Tynd suppe. Kolde fritter, lunken kød, langsom betjening til vin. Vi har været her før og kunne måske nok komme igen. Men absolut ikke på grund af maden. Smagsløs fisk ikke gennemstegt første gang.

Skvělý hotel na perfektním místě,
Pros:

Byli jsme v květnu před začátkem sezóny, takže poměr kvality a ceny byl opravdu skvělý. Krásný bazén, kvalitní bohaté snídaně. Doporučuji připlatit za výhled na moře.

Cons:

Vybavení koupelny trochu starší, nefungovala tam ventilace - ale to byla jediná vada na jinak perfektním pobytu.

Pros:

Saubere Zimmer mit schönem Meerblick, großer Pool, der Strand liegt direkt unter/neben dem Pool, kostenloser Parkplatz, großes Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Omlettes. Außerdem ist das Zentrum von Fuengirola über dem Weg entlang des Strands gut und in ca. 25 min erreichbar. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, wenn man früh bucht.

Cons:

I paid for the hotel for 1300 euros. for some reason, booking did not confirm the hotel reservation, and my money was debited from the bank account. as a result, booking replied to me that it would refund my money now, in 12 days. and so I was left without money and without a hotel. Very very bad booking service

We would definitely use this hotel again
Pros:

We booked the hotel stay with breakfast included. The room was absolutely spotless and a great size, and we had a beautiful sea view with balcony. The breakfast selection was brilliant and the staff were lovely. We didn't use the hotel restaurants, but did use the bar. The staff were fantastic, but short staffed at times. Again, all hotel facilities were spotless.
The hotel is an approx 20 minute walk into the main part of Fuengirola, but I'd say that was a bonus to be honest. It got us up and walking about. The promenade is around 7km and a beautiful walk.
Lovely pool, and the beach area is also beautiful.
The hotel also supplied a transfer from the airport which was an added bonus as we landed just after midnight

Cons:

Literally my only criticism would be there is no kettle in the room. It would be nice to enjoy a morning cuppa on the balcony
