- SPA:Monday-Sunday 11:00 - 18:00h
- GYM: open daily 7:00 - 23:00h

Access to the spa and fitness area is restricted to guests aged over 16.

Please note that it is not allowed to access Doña Lola Restaurant shoeless and shirtless. Neither the access to the restaurant in the outdoor area (beach club) or the Beatriz Terrace without a shirt is allowed.

Please note that air conditioning and heating in rooms are not individually controlled.

For stays on December 24 and December 31, the published half-board rates include a mandatory supplement corresponding to the gala dinners held on those evenings.

The Gala Dinner Package for the 31 December starts at 20:00 and includes:

- Gala Dinner
- Brunch Buffet till 15:00 pm.
Late check-out until 14:00.

Buena, tranquila y sin sorpresas
Pros:

La ubicación era buena a la salida y un poco complicado a la llegada. La categoría del hotel debiera tener mejor indicación de su ubicación para los clientes que llegan con coche al hotel.
El desayuno bien. Las vistas al mar excelentes.

It was clean

Cons:

I had asked for a double bed but it was 2 singles pushed together. The aircon was not working, it only blew hot air so the comfort level was not what I wold have liked, it got extremely hot at night. The walls are extremely thin you could hear everything upto 2 rooms away, snoring etc

Instalaciones correctas y personal de recepcion amable

Cons:

El buffet de cena era desastroso. Pagué 30€ y me fui sin cenar. Para tener 4 estrellas no habia cepillo de dientes en la habitacion, el lavabo se quedaba atrancado y la tv es antigua. En general no wstaba muy limpio.
