Access to the spa and fitness area is restricted to guests aged over 16.

Please note that it is not allowed to access Doña Lola Restaurant shoeless and shirtless. Neither the access to the restaurant in the outdoor area (beach club) or the Beatriz Terrace without a shirt is allowed.

Please note that air conditioning and heating in rooms are not individually controlled.

For stays on December 24 and December 31, the published half-board rates include a mandatory supplement corresponding to the gala dinners held on those evenings.

The Gala Dinner Package for the 31 December starts at 20:00 and includes:

- Gala Dinner
- Brunch Buffet till 15:00 pm.
Late check-out until 14:00.
Formal clothing required.

De skulle kunna vara lite bättre på engelska och kunna vara behjälpliga vid turistinformation. Ha material till utflykter och bussar.
Ha en shuffle in till stan, det var ju en bit att gå.

La ubicación y el acceso a la playa

Cons:

La recepción no fue muy buena, decía a las 14 y cuando llegue me hicieron esperar diciendo que era "desde" las 14 y que quizas tuviera que esperar hasta las 16. Para una estadía de un solo dia "sentarse a esperar" dos horas no fue una buena recepción. El spa no está incluido. La atención es floja para un hotel de cinco estrellas.

Au rez de chaussé, très bruillant . Plusieurs la porte de stationnement nous a réveillé car elle claquait très fort . Bruit de talon etage au dessus et dans les corridor. Sinon bien

Apartament z widokiem na morze jest godny polecenia. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel recepcji, a najbardziej Emila. Dobrze wyposażona siłowania, obfite i różnorodne śniadania. Muzyka w Lobby do 23.00. Idealna lokalizacja.

Pros:

The Staff were so friendly and always helpful.
The breakfast was amazing very wide variety of choice and always fresh.
The hotel is spotless throughout and tye cleaning staff are so thorough and friendly too. They also catered for our request for room with walk in shower which we were both delighted and impressed by.

Cons:

The evening entertainment was limited and unfortunately not to a great standard.

Good but not great
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful,near the castle, the food for the half board was really lovely -great variety. I loved the room size and the balcony.

Cons:

When we arrived the towels in the bathroom were not changed and there was sand in the bathtub. I had to ask for clean towels. I also asked for the free kettle service, as there was no tea available apart from breakfast. I was told that they will bring me the kettle but they never did. There is no iron,only laundry services, which are not speedy. The spa is supposed to be open until 6 but the sauna was already locked at 5:30. Overall the hotel is nice but the staff at the reception wasn't the friendliest and promised me the kettle that never arrived.

Měli jsme pouze na přespávání, celý den mimo hotel na výletech, takže účel to splnilo
Pros:

Parkování zdarma, u dálnice, takže do centra Malagy za 30 minut nebo na Gibraltar 1:20h

Cons:

Před hotelem byla uzavřená pláž z důvodu stavebních úprav, dále v centru ale pláž nebyla hezká, čekal jsem lepší
