The Ocean Beach Hotel & Spa has a solar heated outdoor pool. During the winter months this is closed but guests are welcome to use the indoor pool sauna and mini gym in the Suncliff Hotel which is directly next door. Please note that restricted opening hours and age limitations apply for the outdoor pools.
If dinner is not requested upon booking then there will be an extra charge in addition to the stated amount.
Please note that onsite parking is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis and chargeable at £12.00 per car per night. Street parking on the seafront is available via pay and display machines. It is not possible to reserve parking prior to arrival.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by Central Reservations. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
For all payments made and booking types the card holder must be present on check in and the same card must be presented for a security swipe via chip and pin on arrival, failure to provide the same card will result in the payment being refunded to the original card and an alternative payment method requested before check in will be permitted. The property reserves the right to charge bookings in full up to 48 hours prior to arrival during weekends and peak times regardless of reservation policies.
Please note only one small dog (under 10 Kg) is allowed per room, at an extra fee of GBP 20 per night. Please note dogs are not allowed in the common areas, with the exception of guide dogs. Please note that cats or any other type of pets cannot be accommodated at this property.
At least one guest per room must be over 18 years of age, minors are not permitted in their own accommodations without prior consent of the hotel.

All bookings of 6 or more rooms booked together will be treated as group bookings as per Oceana Hotels’ policy. Room was too small , we had to go to another hotel to use the pool , water pressure was so low. Breakfast was blank.
Location and had sea view which we could see the sea from our bed which amazing. And saw lovely sunrise 🌅. We had a family room, which was a nice size for the 3 of us.
We paid 175 for our room. We only booked this hotel for the outdoor swimming pool. To turn up, and it was all green. It wasn't stated anywhere on here to inform us it was broken. Our shower was broken on the top as well, so had to use shower head to wash. And doors slamming at 2am/3am people obviously coming home from night out.
Not enough words to express how disappointed we were. Completely ruined our anniversary get away. Bournemouth is a beautiful place and we have stayed in many hotels we come every year. This hotel is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. So disappointed 😞 not even the staff cared enough to help

There was nothing that stood out which I didn't like. It is not a luxury hotel and could do with a makeover but not really a negative.
The location of the property was perfect, and it was good we could use the indoor pool in the hotel next door.
We were on the ground floor and didnt have a window, only a door therefore we couldn’t keep it open during the night.
I was asked to move my car 4 times during a 1 night stay as parking was a nightmare.
The outdoor pool was closed due to a leak.
We asked the front desk for a plaster as one of us had a blister and they didn’t have any in the first aid kit.

- toalety damskie i męskie nieczynne, brudne okropnie, a mimo to pani z obsługi właśnie do nich mnie skierowała, zero komunikacji w załodze.
- brak jakiejkolwiek klimatyzacji w całym hotelu
- obsługa recepcji siedzi tam trochę jak za karę.
Good location, just a short walk to the Bournemouth pier.
Beds were comfortable.
Night porter was incredibly helpful, he even gave us a big bag of ice for our cool bag.
There was mould in the room and the bathroom, window frames were rotten. Room was far too hot.
Breakfast was not good, poor quality produce, cooked badly.
Swimming pool broken, even though I called the day before and was told it was working. Some of the staff were a bit rude.
That we at least had a tv that worked
Outside pool wasnt clean so unable to facilities, staff very unhelpful, bugs squshed to wall in bedroon wasnt clean. Cold tap in bathroom didnt work. Towels only allocated for one person even though two persons were on booking.

Very dated ..room smelled..TV broken.poor water pressure on sink.pool closed but didn't give any notice of this before travel.

The room was very very hot. Not suitable for summer hot days. We were going to die in there. Two fans were not enough.
