Cons:

Voy con mucha frecuencia a Gran Canaria y muchas veces tengo que reservar varias habitaciones. En este hotel estuve en enero y la experiencia fue muy buena por lo tanto reserve tres habitaciones para marzo que por favor estuvieran las tres seguidas. Llegué sobre las once de la mañana al hotel, y me dijo la persona de recepción qué las habitaciones no estaban seguidas y dos de tres habitaciones estaban listas,pero,si quería acceder a ellas tenía que pagar 15€ por habitacion por entrar en ellas antes de las tres de la tarde. Me pareció una situación surrealista y por supuesto sentía que me estaban robando delante de mi cara. No volveré.

Cons:

El wc y la ducha dentro de la habitacion. El wc en un cubiculo de cristal que no llegaba hasta arriba. Se oia todo desde la cama.

Está cerca de la playa, limpio, tranquilo.

Cons:

Poca oferta gastronómica cerca, no tiene cafetería, el gimnasio se inunda si llueve, no hay habitación de cortesía, el desayuno algo limitado .

Perfect location, great hotel with welcoming staff and a superb room.
Pros:

I really liked my room, which was located on the 6th floor. I didn’t expect to have a private balcony, so that was a nice surprise. I liked the room layout—it was very comfortable and modern. Also, the reception staff were very helpful with travel guidance. Breakfast was very good, and the pool area was also a very nice addition to the hotel, with a stunning view.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is that there could be more warm food options at breakfast. But overall, the breakfast had a very good variety, and I can’t think of anything else I didn’t like.
