Pros:

Curat confortabil recepția in regula

Cons:

Nu s-au schimbat prosoape și tot ce era în baie nu sa înlocuit nici în minibar nu am avut apa.au schimbat prosoape doar cînd am cerut la fetele cu curățenia.

Am avut o experiență minunată. Mâncarea a fost delicioasă, iar personalul a fost impecabil. Atmosfera este plăcută și primitoare. Recomand cu căldură acest loc pentru oricine dorește să se bucure de o vacanţa excelentă. Cu siguranță voi reveni!

NU SUBESTIMATI ACEST HOTEL!
Pros:

Am rezervat recunosc, mai mult din curiozitate si trebuie sa spun ,pentru pret( fara concurenta pentru sarbatoarea Pastelui ortodox).
Hotelul nu surprine la prima vedere,dar vei remarca imediat comportamentul zambitor si calduros al personalului.
De remarcat, curatenia si admosfera placuta.
Pozitionare este buna,in randul doi,cu acces din doua parti(strada si mare), aproape pentru toate activitatile.
Camera cu vedere la mare,este spatioasa si curata,are acces cu un lift panoramic, care merita folosit.
Daca adaugi un restaurant cochet,o piscina destul de mare cu bar si zona de relaxare,plaja privata si spatiu generos,constati ca merita sa petreci 3 zile aici decat o zi in multele hoteluri parate/cu pretentii ,din statiune.

Cons:

Niciun repros.
Pentru pretul platit,chiar mi-au fost depasite asteptarile.

Pros:

Amplasarea hotelului cu vedere asupra marii. Personalul amabil si primitor si nu in ultimul rand curatenia si faptul ca s-au schimbat prosoapele zilnic.

Hotel de buget mediu cu servicii foarte apreciate!
Pros:

Hotel Sofia compatibil cu clasificarea 4’ Bg. pentru toate serviciile hoteliere: cazare (recepție și etaj), restauratie, divertisment. Am apreciat in mod deosebit: curățenia, confortul, atenția la detalii, calitatea preparatelor dar mai ales echipa minunată a hotelului care știe să și respecte turistul, raport calitate preț corect. Felicitări! A fost un sejur de Paște reușit și vom reveni oricând cu mare plăcere.

Cons:

Calitatea foarte proasta a internetului. Mai bine ar renunta complet la el.
Serviciul slab de la receptie. Am fost intrebat de "n" ori daca am platit parcarea.
