Pros:

The property was very clean and conveniently located. The gentleman working the front desk, Patrick was very helpful and went out of his way to help get settled.

the outside area like the pool and "play area" were gorgeous and a nice touch to the property. it was good value for the price. i would probably stay again. the staff was friendly when checking in.

Cons:

the breakfast was not the best, it was on the lower side of average. not many options and a lot of the stuff needed restocking/filling and no staff was around to do that. the doors barely shut without having to slam them shut. the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. i also had to get three different sets of keys because mine kept deactivating (they were inside a backpack, not near any electronic).

Overall it was a decent stay at a good price, but could have been cleaner.
Pros:

Property was within 20 minutes of most places we visited, which was very convenient. Only 23 minutes from the airport which was also great. Loved the pool. The bed was comfortable. Patrick (from the front desk) was very friendly/helpful. There was no freezer in the room, so they allowed us to use theirs down at the office.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner. There was hair in the drawers, the mirror was dirty and stains on the doors/walls. Our key cards stopped working 2x throughout our stay. No freezer offered. No paper towels, had to purchase our own. Breakfast was mediocre. Patrick was a very helpful staff member, but most of the other staff were hard to communicate with due to language barriers.

Great stay /would recommend
Pros:

Super cute hotel rooms were pretty clean acne the bed and pillows were super comfortable. They had a shuttle to Busch Gardens !

Cons:

No restaurant on site or place to drink alcohol
