Hotel extraordinário a todos os níveis! Para além de ser lindíssimo, de ter ótimas comodidades e um pequeno almoço delicioso, os quartos são muito confortáveis, e o staff é impecável. Prepararam uma receção especial para os meus avós, que celebraram o aniversário do meu avô durante a estadia. Obrigada pela surpresa e por serem sempre tão atenciosos!

Очень комфортный и продуманный номер, прекрасная и чистая зона спа и бассейна, приветливый и тактичный персонал. Шикарнейший вид из номера и вообще все было отлично

Может быть местами постарался фасад после ураганов, но думаю это скорее неизбежность и скоро будет исправлено

Pros:

Satisfeita com tudo. Staff incrível, muito hospitaleiro, atendimento muito cuidado. As vistas são das melhores de Portugal. O hotel tem tudo, quartos confortáveis, limpos e muito bem decorados, spa muito completo, restaurante Tempera (foi o único que utilizei) com comida incrível, muita variedade e ingredientes de qualidade. Recomendo e voltarei em breve!

Uma experiência muito boa com vontade de voltar.
Pros:

A simpatia do staff sem dúvida , o conforto, asseio e privacidade do quarto. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Digamos que fui recomendado e irei recomendar este hotel.

Cons:

Só tenho um “acontecimento “ que na minha opinião deviam ter em conta no recrutamento, um membro do staff no pequeno almoço dirigir-se a minha mesa e não saber falar português.
