Зручність в заселенні, ціна, комфорт у апартаментах. Є сніданки
Great personnel, they all were very friendly and helpful. Great location with a lot of restaurants nearby
Apartment is refurbished with attractive interior and was clean too
My stay at this apartment in Almaty was frustrating from start to finish. The AC didn’t work properly, making the room uncomfortable. Communication was a major issue — none of the staff spoke English, and everything had to be done via Google translator, which caused unnecessary delays and confusion.
Check-in was a mess: I had booked 3 rooms, but they told me 2 were cancelled due to overbooking — without any prior notice. After a long argument, and showing them status of all booking confirmed in my phone they finally gave us the rooms.
The entire property runs on outdated manual systems, they asked for a 15,000 KZT cash deposit without giving any receipt. At checkout, they denied I had any deposit left, until I spent 20 minutes proving otherwise.
Overall, very unprofessional and stressful. I wouldn’t recommend this place for international travelers.
Had a great time staying here
Clean, large, quiet, safe, has kitchen and sofa. Good restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
No WIFI
We were given an early check in, and this is very much appreciated after a red eye flight!
Apartment was really spacious and everything was in working condition.
But overall, a rather pleasant stay for this amount!
Toilet would need to be spruced up though as it has a leaky showerhead and built up of calcium carbonate..
Breakfast was generous, just that we had to keep reminding the staff that breakfast was included. She wasn’t very happy with that and wanted to charge us until we translated the terms during our booking.
superb property
Clean room and facilities.
The lady who received us was quite rude and unhelpful. I didn’t know how booking.com transactions worked and wanted to clarify, she could’ve been at least nicer. Being that we just came from the airport to the hotel, it set a bad tone to the start of our trip to Kazakhstan.
Stayed here for a week in February 2025 - A decent place BUT...!
The location is great, and the studio apartment was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed for the week. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful—except for one, and unfortunately, that one encounter significantly affected my experience. (More on that below.)
The bathroom sink was far too small and paired with a high pipe, making it inconvenient to use.
The shower head was not working properly.
The bathroom floor was dirty, which added to the discomfort.
However, the most disturbing part of my stay occurred on the second night. Around 10 PM, while I was in the shower after a long day, I heard loud banging on my door. I clearly informed the staff—more than once—that I would open the door as soon as I was dressed. Despite this, a hotel staff member unlocked my door and entered the room using a key, completely ignoring my request and violating my privacy.
This intrusion was allegedly due to a leak affecting the bathroom below mine. Even if there was a maintenance issue, this does not justify forcibly entering a guest’s room, especially when the guest is present and asking for a moment. I was not given a proper apology—neither from the staff nor the management—and was simply moved to another room after a frustrating back-and-forth exchange.
This incident made me feel unsafe and completely ruined my stay. It is alarming that hotel staff believed it was acceptable to enter a guest’s room uninvited, especially under such circumstances. The lack of professionalism and respect for guest privacy was shocking and unacceptable.
Excellent experience 👍
Clean and specious. Very good personnel
Too far from city centre, bathroom utilities were not working properly, no blackout curtains
