Nice place but bed was horrible.
Pros:

Bed was broken and was attempted to be fixed.
Did not work.
Host said we would get a refund. It has been over a month and haven’t seen anything.

A most convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of Florence!
Pros:

The location of this building is literally in the middle of most sights you want to see in Florence. There are coffee shops, restaurants, wine windows, and Dante's house, all within 1-2 blocks. The room is spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The building is well renovated, and has an elevator.

One of my best stays ever - a rare gem to find! Will undoubtedly book again.
Pros:

This place made my whole stay unforgettable! Starting from the location which is just in the heart of everything and so adorable view to the historic city and Dante museum, to the super new and carefully prepared apartment which was like a luxurious hotel. And the best part - you felt like you’ve been waited: they put a fresh water for me in the fridge for my arrival and added little chocolate on the pillows. Didn’t want to leave! Definitely will come back!

Pros:

Everything was perfect. Location very central yet very quite. Super clean modern and spacious. Most importantly, the host Lorenzo (and the team) is exceptional, he gave us great recommendations and he was present for any request from our side!

An absolute dream location!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay in Florence. The suite was incredible! Very spacious. An absolutely beautiful accommodation in the perfect location. It was tucked away on a quiet street but it was right around the corner from all the restaurants and shops. We would return in a heartbeat!

Cons:

The elevator took some getting used to but a small price to pay to not have to climb up all those stairs!
