Pros:

We stayed 11 nights. Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious room. However, the bathroom had bad smell and very little water in thevshower andvtaps. And water too had bad smell.

Comfortable but could be better for the price
Cons:

Slippers would have been nice. The bed comforter needs to offer better warmth at night due to inability to control the temperature level of the air conditioner. Bath mat would be appropriate to reduce accident of slippery floor. Room lighting switch bedside should be considered, in addition, the over all lighting of the room should be not as intense

Nice hotel, and a good place to stay if visiting Bayawan.
Pros:

Initial cleanliness, toothbrush kit, simple, but functional rooms. 3pm checkout time.

Cons:

Weak wi-fi, few hanging space/hooks

Exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast adequate.
Location excellent.
Clean comfortable room.
I would rather have fridge and microwave than breakfast.
Best hotel in the Philippines I have stayed at.

Cons:

Bed was a little firm.
No fridge or microwave.
I woukd like a bigger screen TV.

The staff was excellent. Very courteous and responded quickly to request.

The beds are very hard. They were kind enough to bring me a software mattress at no charge.

New clean hotel in the center of the town

Cons:

The locations on Google Map and on Booking are wrong. It is on Rizal Street but at the corner of Mabini Street.
