Ok hotel with limited access
Pros:

The hotel is located in a street that is not accessible by taxi, and the street is torn up so it is very hard to wheel your luggage over. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very small with no space to hang clothes. There were no real facilities in the room, no kettle etc.

Hotel is in a horrible alley with dump
Pros:

The hotel was impeccably clean and pleasant inside.

Cons:

The hotel is not in a street but in a dirty alley that you get to by climbing thru a doorway in a half demolished wall. The alley is filled with garbage and construction debris. Broken wires hang in the air. The taxi couldn't find it, they came out to get us after a half hour.

There was no hot water.
