The cleanliness level of the room is not satisfying plus the shuttle bus service has very limited times, it should include more timings to go and return to the Masjid.

Минусов почти нет, отель находится чуть дальше Мечети, примерно 2 км, иногда мы ходили пешком, и расстояние составляет примерно 20-25 минут пешком

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was extremely dusty, to the point that it actually affected my health and made me feel sick during my stay. It clearly seemed like proper cleaning had not been done for quite some time.
On top of that, basic amenities in the room were not replaced for two days, which is unacceptable for any hotel claiming to provide proper hospitality. Simple things that should be part of daily housekeeping were completely overlooked.
What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the male Saudi receptionist. His behavior was unprofessional and dismissive, showing zero awareness of how to properly treat guests. Hospitality requires basic courtesy and respect, but unfortunately that was completely missing. It is difficult to understand how someone with such poor customer service skills is placed in a guest-facing role.
Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. Between the dusty room, lack of basic service, and the poor attitude at reception, it was far from the standard one expects when staying at a hotel. Sadly, I will not be returning.
