Brand New 3-Bedroom Condo in the Heart of Sidney

The small bed in the third bedroom was not very comfortable. There was no Kleenex tissue, whatever tissue in the unit, which would’ve been very nice to have, but it was nice to have paper towels. Also, no bar soap for showering was available.
The main bathroom had a squeaky door just needs a little oiling.
Finding the lock box and getting into it was a slight challenge, but once we knew where to look at helped, I wouldn’t want to have to look for that at night and behind the building.
Also, putting garbage and recycling in another area was not acceptable to us as we didn’t want go down to a Parkade. It would’ve been nice to have somebody pick up recycling at least and we managed to put our garbage in a bin out on the sidewalk as we didn’t have a lot.

It was difficult to get into the place. The key fob was difficult to use. Hard to follow the instructions.

Top of toilet seat missing, window crank broken in master, hole in back of door, lint not removed from dryer, glass table not clean, a stand to put luggage would be nice and/or a place to put clothes.

Upper neighbours stopped around and did laundry and vacuumed at 11:30 at night.

Kitchen garbage was tiny; a bigger one would be practical. Dish towel also would have been handy.

We only had one key which made it difficult. For 3 bedrooms, there should be 2 keys particularly that there is no buzzer. Dish towels were missing in the kitchen. Had to use paper towels.
Previous guests have already mentioned that the noises from the above apartment were really loud. The first couple nights, it started early in the morning but on our last night, it went on at 3am. Could not sleep. We all heard it from the 3 bedrooms. It sounds like they are moving furniture and stamping hard on the floor. Other than that, great place.

Not enough towels and glasses

No outdoor space (balcony) Only one fob provided, for a group of five adults, made coming and going inconvenient. No buzzer, again inconvenient for deliveries or visitors. Housekeepers need more training. After end of day our bare feet were black! Indicating floors were not adequately cleaned. Dining table sticky. Bedding mismatched and wrinkled (a small thing but presents as sloppy housekeeping.) Not enough towels provided for a large group. No hand towels. Dryer had sheets and towels still inside. Dishwasher clean but still loaded.
There were a few other housekeeping deficiencies but that’s probably me getting too nit-picky. Better housekeeping would make this property pretty much perfect!

Biggest complaint is having only one FOB for our 4 person party. Walls are very very thin. Wish there had been some cleaning supplies

Please provide 2 more bath towels and washcloths.
Please get your cleaners to clean behind and under the beds.

A little pricey - worked out to just under $700 CAD for 2 nights in shoulder season..

We had to insist on off street free parking as advertised in their location description. All the parking in the area is 2 hours only 9-6 weekdays as we were staying long term it would have been problematic. They don't really go out of their way to accommodate you without compensation.
