Beautiful gem close to many hikes and great spa
Pros:

Very kind and friendly staff who made us feel at home although we had our baby with us and we were not sure how she would have behaved. The hotel is very new and all the amenities still preserve their initial quality. The Spa is nice but mostly indoor. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The size of the standard room was quite small and the restaurant prices were at the level of a big city like Milan.

Soggiorno di relax e attenzioni in Val Brembana
Pros:

Bellissima ristrutturazione al finire della Val Brembana nel grazioso paese di Carona. Tutto nuovissimo (mi pare sia aperto da meno di un anno), curato nei minimi particolari. Staff estremamente professionale e gentile. Anche il ristorante è all'altezza. La SPA senza dubbio il fiore all'occhiello.

Cons:

Indipendentemente dall'hotel, il luogo in cui sorge è quasi tutto il giorno in ombra (ottimo motivo per stare il più possibile nella SPA :) )

la SPA è molto bella

nella camera non è possibile controllare la temperatura per cui si moriva di caldo la notte ed abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta svegliandoci più volte la notte per il freddo e poi per il caldo e ciò nonostante avessimo ripetutamente chiesto tutti i giorni di abbassare la temperatura della camera e questo è molto grave per un hotel a 4 stelle!! la colazione è stata pessima non degna nemmeno di un B&B, con paste dei giorni prima e immangiabili e senza nessun buffet degno di questo nome. Non c'era nemmeno il pane fresco per dare l'idea della pochezza e per finire l'ultimo giorno non c'era nemmeno il cameriere in sala ma l'addetto alla reception che e' comparso una volta per fare il cameriere e poi siamo stati lasciati soli senza nulla nel buffet !! abbiamo ovviamente chiesto di parlare con il direttore ma ci è stato detto che era in una riunione ed abbiamo parlato con l'addetta alla reception, (anche cameriera!!) che ha motivato quando successo alla colazione con il fatto che eravamo presenti solo io e la mia compagna in hotel come se non stessimo comunque pagando la tariffa completa!! Ci è stata ridotto il conto finale ma questo non toglie che la nostra vacanza è stata rovinata!!!

Struttura molto elegante

Cons:

Camera con porta in condivisione con altra stanza ( 15-14 ) per precisione. Si sentiva tutto anche la musica che hanno lasciato tutto il giorno e tutta la notte. Si sentivano cani abbaiare. Vista la cifra pagata penso non sia ammissibile una cosa del genere. La camera a cavallo delle due notti di soggiorno non è stata rifatta molto bene.

Pros:

Molto bella la struttura, ottima colazione, camere belle! Buona posizione peccato solo per il sole che è un po' sempre all'ombra, ma è vicina a dei sentieri veramente belli.

Cons:

La spa bella moderna ma purtroppo l'ho trovata troppo costosa per quello che offre, non hai una buona vista perché c'è un parete bassa che copre la visuale sulle montagne e a volte la puoi colpire con la testa... piacevole ma mi aspettavo di più per quel prezzo ...
