Pros:

Hotel é bem limpo e o atendimento bem agil e cordial. Fica longe do centro..andando uns 20/25 minutos. Não há muito comercio ou restaurantes proximos. Quarto com banheiro extremamente pequeno(frente rio Arno).

My stay in Florence was truly memorable, largely due to the exceptional staff. Their dedication went above and beyond expectations, and the warmth and attentiveness of each individual made me eager to return.

Furthermore, both breakfast and dinner were superb, and the hotel's location offered excellent accessibility.
