كانت مبادرتها بترقية الغرفة، بالإضافة إلى الهدية اللطيفة التي قدمتها لنا هي وفريقها، من أجمل التفاصيل التي أضافت طابعًا مميزًا لإقامتنا وجعلتنا نشعر بتقدير كبير كضيوف.

ورغم أن الموقع قد لا يكون الأنسب للجميع بسبب الأجواء المحيطة، إلا أن مستوى الخدمة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل من طاقم الفندق جعلنا نتجاوز ذلك تمامًا ونستمتع بإقامة مريحة ومميزة.

فندق يستحق التقدير، وتجربة نوصي بها بشدة، وبكل تأكيد سنعود مرة اخرى

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Special thanks to Huyen and the entire reception team for their outstanding professionalism and warm hospitality.

The room upgrade arranged by Huyen, along with the thoughtful gift prepared by her and the team, were truly wonderful gestures that made our stay feel special and memorable.

While the location may not suit everyone due to the surrounding atmosphere, the remarkable service and attention to detail provided by the staff made us completely overlook that and fully enjoy our stay.

A highly recommended hotel, and we will definitely be returning

Pros:

The pillows, bed, the comfortable space and the check in staffs are friendly and capable and the location

Cons:

The bathroom not that clean with algae or mold on the blind. Mosquitoes in the room as the window was left open when I check in

Vị trí khách sạn ở trong ngõ nên khá yên tĩnh, vị trí đắc địa gần với tòa nhà và các nhà hàng ăn uống gần đó.

Cons:
