Pros:

Die Nähe zur Fähre nach Phu Quoc

Cons:

Es war nicht sauber, Matratze isti hart wie eine Türe und weil wir mit Karte bezahlt haben wurde uns etwas extra verrechnet und auf den Zimmerpreis geschlagen. Preis/Leistung ist für uns nicht stimmig.

Pros:

One of the staff was very pleasant.

Cons:

Small room with no balcony. No restaurant. Breakfast was barely adequate. Not a single member of staff could speak a word of English. Location is awful, it's adjacent to a large building/civil engineering project. No access to the sea. Sparse amenities. The whole area is like an unfinished project.

Disappointed.
Pros:

New hotel. Nicely decorated. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Sea view was onto a massive construction site, the whole length of the road. Sea in the distance. Too far away from restaurants, requiring taxi.Beds hard. Really disappointed.

If you take the ferry, then this hotel would be a nice one to stay.
Pros:

Near the Ferry.
Very friendly people.

Pros:

Very clean with a great staff- especially Miss Ngoc.

Cons:

Limited menu for the restaurant and the neighborhood was FULL of garbage and litter everywhere.

The shower itself was strong but the water was either cold or scalding. No way to modulate it safely to warm.

Nice place close to the port
Pros:

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, spoke good English too. We enjoyed the facilities and food at the restaurant as well. It's close to the port if you need to catch a ferry.

Cons:

We paid extra for a room with a sea view but all we got was concrete and building site so I wouldn't recommend that.

Convenient and clean - nothing fancy
Pros:

Staff were lovely - we arrived late after our flight and they quickly checked us in and helped with our bags. Walking distance to the Rach Gia ferry. Clean room.

Cons:

Aircon wasn’t on in advance of us arriving so it was very hot in the room for around an hour until it finally started to cool down. Aircon can only be on when you are in the room - which I do understand is to conserve power but will mean room will be very uncomfortable for the first while you are in there.

Beds were not awful but very hard, if you have a worse back than I do you may struggle.

Highly recommend Seaside Hotel for everyone! 👍👍
Pros:

New modern hotel, clean, quiet, staff is very enthusiastic and friendly.
Near the high-speed pier, convenient for those who want to go for island tour around.
