Great but overpriced, it's an apartment, not a 5-star hotel room
Pros:

Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, light. Many facilities, such as electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator, ironing board with iron, cutlery and dishes for 2 people (but could only reheat food bought elsewhere, no "real" cooking possible).
Balcony with a view of the mountains. Watched the sunset every night - glorious!
Owner communicated very well with us.
Air con broke down on our last night, they moved us to another (much bigger) room within an hour.
Easy check-in.
Halfway through our stay the owner sent in a cleaner, checked with us first to make sure the time was convenient.
Walking distance to a good mall. We were able to shop, see a movie and find a wide variety of good places to eat. Banks, laundry shops, and many local food places were also close.
Security at front gate helped us get a trike when we needed it.
We had access to some of the adjoining hotel facilities even though our room was in the tower next door, we weren't hotel guests.
Good location. Only 20 minutes on trike from Batangas Grand Terminal.

Cons:

Overpriced. It's not the 5-star hotel room described in the listing. This is why our rating is 9/10 instead of 10/10, taking off one point for misleading description. It should say the hotel is NEXT DOOR! We missed out on the pampered hotel experience we wanted, and couldn't change it later because our booking was no cancellation, no refund. For only a few hundred pesos more each night we could have stayed in the actual hotel, complete with room service, daily housekeeping and everything else.

The room is supposed to be 25m in size. It felt smaller. Maybe because it's long and thin.

Very little storage. There were a few coat hangers but the main place for clothes was drawers under the bed or some shelving that was too high to reach easily. There was nowhere to put my full-size bag out of the way.

Another review said there was a washing machine. There isn't one now, but a laundry shop nearby did a good job with 24-hour turnaround.
