Pros:

Owner provided a room in a under construction hotel but the facilities inside the hotel was better than our expectation.

Cons:

I called the owner, and they informed me that the property I booked is no longer available for today. They suggested another option instead. I told them that I already received a confirmation from Booking.com, but the owner said they forgot to update the listing.

Overall, this experience was very disappointing. If the property was fully booked, why did Booking.com confirm my reservation? And even if it was a mistake, why wasn’t I notified with a cancellation or an alternative option within 3–4 hours?

Cons:

We don't use the kitchen because of the super duper bad smell.
The toilet still needs 3buckets of water to be poured before the dirt goes down.
The bed is itchy😩

Comfortable place to stay with children
Pros:

✅ Location
✅ Parking
✅ Staff’s attentiveness and fast action - we couldn’t sleep coz of the noisy neighbors watching and talking outside our room, when I complained, they took action immediately so we slept well.
✅ Beds are tidy and clean

Cons:

❎ Washroom we’re stinky when we arrived, I did not bother the staff coz it’s just 1 night so I just tried to lessen the foul smell as much as possible and it worked.

clean, no cockroach, attentive owner and staffs (thanks a lot)

Cons:

some of the neighbors were noisy during our first night but the staff & the owner did everything just to make we could sleep peacefully though i informed them at the middle of the night. thanks a lot, much appreciated.

Comfortable place to stay with children
Pros:

Location is so convenient, the room-kitchen-bathroom are clean and more importantly - there’s no cockroach 😅 the staff and host are all respectful and they responded so quickly. We had an amazing and comfortable stay, thank you so much, we will surely come back.

Pros:

the room was clean, and our stay was very comfortable. it's a ride away from shopping malls like sm and robinsons, it has its own entrance and the place was very secure. the shower was automatic, and the beds are firm and comfortable. the place was also very quiet.
there's not much for entertainment, the tv remote was not working and there's no microwave. there's rice cooker and water heater as well as a single stove. but by personal preference, i would prefer the microwave over the stove as it's much more convenient to use. the freezer in the refrigerator is also not very clean with obvious stains, but we didn't use it so that's fine. there were 2 free water bottles and 2 instant coffees but we booked the room for 5 adults so, and there are only 4 towels.. these are just little things to nitpick and didn't affect our stay negatively but for the sake of the review. it would be great if these things could be improved. overall, the place was great and i would still definitely book the place in the future if there's a need, and would recommend it to others as well. :)
