DISAPPOINTED AND SICKENING
Pros:

Nothing great about it.

Cons:

There are a lot of issues. First and foremost, the day and afternoon shift receptionists who don't even understand simple English. They were foreigners. The worst was the day shift girl. Her attitude displayed as if she was full of hesitation. She is not friendly and wonder if she knows how to smile. The hotel should consider employing staff whose English proficiency is good and not a bunch of failures who are just sitting down there in their own world. I will give ZERO out of TEN to this hotel. I will never ever introduce anyone to this hotel.

#meh..
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Front desk not very helpful. TV in one of our room is out of order, air con dripping & both our room mini fridge were out of order - no solution & not even an apology. What is wrong with this picture?
