Very poor
Pros:

Property lied about the booking . We drove 200 km to reach there . After arrival go to know that we don’t have booking . At night 10 pm we have to struggle to find an accommodation.
Totally waste of time.

We booked 2 rooms but what the hotel provided us was a single room
We booked AC rooms but the room didn't had an AC
Even the toiletries weren't provided
Evenly hotel provided only 2 bath towels between 6 persons
It's a combined scam of booking.com and hotel and all its description is just deceptive.

Hotel was ok but booking.com staff was very bad
Pros:

i would like to complain more about booking.com staff who made hotel owners to take booking even after they said no for booking as i have a word with the owner and who showed me message of booking.com staff and his chat .

Cons:

Booking.com sales/tele staff who misguided me to book this hotel at such higher price

Useless and painful overnight stay.
Pros:

Break fast Not provided. Location is useless. Only dirt all over the location. Shit of dogs and animals all around. Staff is totally rude. Threatens to cancel booking. No body should visit this site. Taking advantage of crowd demand. Should be delisted from Booking. Com site. Your reputation is at stake. Company should address this on top priority.
