It is at a very beautiful location, feels like came to heaven. But the services canbe still improved
Pros:

I liked the beautiful location and location of the property. i liked the property. i like the way we were welcomed, they allowed my pet to stay, like on demand room service and basic necessities like AC, fan, goodnight, fragrance, toileteries, clean good bed, blankets, cleanliness in room, and safety.. I liked they handled my late checkin and offered us complementary tea and breakfast. This property is at a very beautiful location, feels like came to heaven. But the services can be still imrpoved. Overall i felt excellent staying there.

Cons:

Cupboard locks are broken, water was not at all coming hot, had to do lot of follow-up to start the gas geyser. No one came and ask if we need anything, every time we have to call and then service will come. No explaination or introduction about room was provided or introduction about the property to visitor, like what to do in case of emergency etc. in case of any medical emergency, this location and property is too far from any hospital what to do in that case....etc.

Pros:

We had booked the resort for 2 night from 26th ot 28th Apr. Beautiful location and clean resort. Food also was very good though there was a limited menu. This resort is located on the top approx 1200 MTRS above sea level. The climate is hot during the day and very cool in the evenings. You can watch the sun rise from the resort and to see the sunset you can go to Kas river. Loved the stay, good and cordial staff.

Pros:

The location is very good but the establishment lacks maintenance and the staff is not professional at all. Appears to be adhoc and not organised at all. Food was good.
The surroundings not clean, littered, the grass not maintained, room/bathroom was not very clean. Few things..like kettle tea sachets etc were provided on being asked...but cups/ glasses not provided.
Overall, not a very good feeling.

Pros:

Mr. Ketan and his team is simply one of the best groups to cater to customers who look for cleanliness, quick services, hygiene nd superb scenes.
Food was great, Ashok is a super chef as he cooked us superb jowaar bhakaris, curries both veg nd non veg nd served with simplicity nd smile

Cons:

Nothing as such of grt concern but I am hoping they wud be having some shade for parking in future.....
