Pros:

Беше чисто, басейните бяха топли и поддържани. Като цяло сме доволни от престоя, въпреки че хотелът е леко прехвален.

Cons:

Чакахме почти час за салата на басейна, която бяха забравили, накрая ни беше таксувана на рецепция. Изключително неадекватен персонал на бара на басейна. Когато пристигнахме също не ни беше обяснено нищо на рецепция, освен номера на стаята. В стаите беше твърде топло през нощта. В ресто раната много често не се зареждаше храна след като свърши. Басейните миришат твърде много на хлор.

Pros:

Съвсем умишлено ви давам 1 звезда, затова че позволявате да се пушат електронни цигари (от всякакъв вид) на всякъде в хотела - от лоби бара до басейна. Стаята също миришеше на цигари. Хората съвсем свободно си павкат и никой не им прави забележка. Може, когато гостите ви се настаняват изрично да ги предупреждавате, че пушенето е забранено. Когато дойда следващия път и видя, че ще се справили с този проблем, тогава ще си изтрия лошата оценка.

Чудесен хотел ориентиран за почивка с деца. Хубави и чисти стаи, вкусна храна и много занимания за децата.
