Топ място за семейства с малки деца
Pros:

Помислено е много за децата. В стаите има всичко необходимо и за тях. Почти във всички басейни има предвидени пръскалки за тях. Стаята беше чиста и удобна. Храната, включена в цената беше чудесна. Аниматорите бяха страхотни. Температурата на басейните, както и цялостно в хотела, бяха идеални. В лоби ресторанта обслужването и храната през първия и третия ден от престоя бяха на много високо ниво. Дъщеря ми имаше рожден ден и бяхме очаровани, че в стаята ни бяха оставили кутия бонбони и надписана картичка. Всеки ден на басейна има пяна парти, на което става голям купон за малките. Цялостното ни впечатление е положително.

Cons:

Терасата не беше почистена и цялата маса и столове бяха в паяжини и паяци. Като препоръка - сложете стойка за душ и на ниско ниво, за да могат децата да се къпят и самостоятелно. Храната и обслужването в лоби ресторанта на втория ден беше много зле, сякаш бяхме в друг хотел. Направи ни впечатление, че целия персонал е различен, явно са на смяна през ден. Храната - безвкусна и мазна, обслужването - много бавно и сякаш по принуда.

It’s a brilliant place for a family vacation, and we would consider staying here again!
Pros:

The Pool & Spa: The pool and spa facilities are great! I thoroughly enjoyed the spa, but the absolute highlight for us was the pool party for kids every evening. My child enjoyed it immensely—it’s a fantastic touch for families.
The Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was excellent. It had a massive variety, including everything a child could possibly want.
The Room: The room was clean and incredibly well-equipped. It truly felt like a home away from home; we had absolutely everything we needed for our child right there in the room.

Cons:

Room Temperature: The only downside was that the room got very hot. Because we were traveling with a young child, we turned off the air conditioner to ensure they wouldn't catch a cold, but without it, the room became super hot and a bit uncomfortable.

Прехвален хотел основно за семейства с деца
Pros:

Храната в ресторанта беше вкусна и разнообразна. Направи ми впечатление , че ако нещо свърши веднага се допълва с ново. Чисто е, има организирани забавления за децата.

Cons:

Вътрешните басейните са подходящи главно за деца. Много са на брой, но всички са плитки и доста топли, в помещението е много задушно и влажно и мирише силно на хлор, а външният басейн е студен. Хотелът не е място, където човек да отиде и да си почине, твърде много деца на едно място, а детския център ми се стори малък за размерите на хотела и количеството деца.

Pros:

Стилен интериор и дизайн, чисто и комфортно. И в общите части и в стаите. Прекрасен и добре поддържан парк. Хубав СПА център и масажи. Разнообразна и вкусна храна. Усмихнат и отзивчив персонал. Добри условия за късно освобождаване.

Cons:

Хотелът е ориентиран основно към семейства с деца. Много басейни, но няма подходящи условия за плуване на възрастни.
