Pros:

Съвсем умишлено ви давам 1 звезда, затова че позволявате да се пушат електронни цигари (от всякакъв вид) на всякъде в хотела - от лоби бара до басейна. Стаята също миришеше на цигари. Хората съвсем свободно си павкат и никой не им прави забележка. Може, когато гостите ви се настаняват изрично да ги предупреждавате, че пушенето е забранено. Когато дойда следващия път и видя, че ще се справили с този проблем, тогава ще си изтрия лошата оценка.

Всичко надхвърли очакванията ни! Хотелът е прекрасен, стаята чудесна, със всички удобства. Много вътрешни басейни, също и външни. Най - доброто място за семейства с деца! Страхотен персонал, аниматори, всеки ден има различни занимания за децата. Храната е от най - високо качество и има огромно разнообразие от всичко. Нашето дете имаше рожден ден, докато бяхме там и имаше комплименти/подаръци от хотела. С удоволствие задължително ще го посетим отново и отново!

Too many sick kids. Mothers cleaning kids noses in the pools. The whole family got sick after our stay.

Pros:

Детските съоръжения, детския кът и анимация, храната, отношението на персонала. Чистота, топли басейни, много басейни, хубава термална зона. Няма нещо, за което да не са помислили, в банята има аксесоари и за най-малките. Идваме за пореден път и го препоръчвам.

Cons:

Споделихме с рецепция, че количките на камериерките са много шумни. Ние спим до късно и леко и ни будеха. С молба да помислят как да ги направят по-тихи.
