Da ritornarci assolutamente
Pros:

Tutto: dalla disponibilità e gentilezza della ragazza che mi ha risposto immediatamente, nonostante l'ora tarda, prima del nostro arrivo; sino all'accoglienza durante il nostro arrivo e all'intera esperienza in cui ci si catapulta arrivando qui. Un angolo di paradiso calmo e rilassante in cui letteralmente poter staccare la spina.

Cons:

Tutto sommato alcuni servizi in camera sembravano un po' datati, ma niente di scandaloso se si immagina che dovrebbe trattarsi di un ex convento(credo), e nonostante ciò, la pulizia degli ambienti è impeccabile.

Relax nel cuore della Lucania
Pros:

La struttura è bellissima ed è perfettamente organizzata per garantire confort e relax. Bellissima spa con massaggiatrici professioniste (specialmente la signora Annamaria) e ristorante con cucina e servizio TOP! Colazione completa e fresca. Consigliatissimo!

Cons:

Il riscaldamento è centralizzato e in alcuni mesi come ottobre non viene acceso, ma basterebbe dotare le camere di piccole stufe a basso assorbimento.

La posizione, la gentilezza dei ragazzi, ed in generale la struttura dell'albergo bella a prima vista.

Cons:

Come detto la struttura in generale molto bella sembra però un progetto cominciato benissimo anni fa e poi lasciato un po andare con il tempo. La colazione da depennare, non c'era la frutta, il caffe era (non posso scriverlo), un ragazzo ahime gentilissimo, ma si vedeva che non sapeva fare i cappuccini. Il latte non intero. Il buffet comunque povero per un 4 stelle. Il Bagno cosi come molti particolari sono datati. Punti di ruggine brutti veramente da vedere sullo scopettino wc ma anche su box doccia. Altra cosa. Dato il cicloturismo che comincia ad avanzare, dovreste prendere in considerazione: o di fare un bike room allarmato e custodito per deposito bici o permettere all'ospite data la grandezza della stanza di poter portare le bici con lui (ovviamente garantendo di non sporcare con la bici pulita e facendo attenzione a qualsiasi manovra). Una bici costosa (coltre 10K) e facile da caricare ovunque non puo' essere lasciata in uno stanzone con le vetrate e bici a vista in un periodo dove per rubare una bici entrano nei negozi con allarme e vetrine blindate data la facilita di poter rivendere la refurtiva (anche perchè non credo qualora la rubassero che vengano previsti rimborsi). Ovviamente i ragazzi non c entrano nulla il messaggio è alla direzione.

Wir sind nachts angereist, da wir nur auf der Durchreise waren. Für den kurzen Aufenthalt hat uns das Hotel insgesamt gut gefallen. Das Personal war freundlich, und obwohl es abends nichts mehr zu essen gab, konnten wir immerhin Getränke aus der Minibar bestellen.
Das Frühstück hat uns allerdings weniger überzeugt – es gab kalte Eier, kaum Brötchen, und man musste sich Toast selbst zubereiten. Lediglich die frischen Croissants waren wirklich gut
