Pros:

Staff in eating area was friendly and helpfull

Cons:

Reception unfriendly and not really helpfull.Aircon in room could not be used while in room, fan noisy.Also bathtub drainage could not closed so bath could not be used, report it twice with no action

Pros:

We had an excellent sea view on our first and 2nd apartment. The family suite at the hotel was exceptional.
Great view from the 3rd floor roof top (spa area). We could see the Table Mountain on one side and the ocean on the other side.

Cons:

The first apartment had a bit of dated furniture and could use a facelift. The beds were a bit shorter than usual...
The renovation was a bit of an inconvenience given that we had to walk a considerable distance to get to the breakfast area.

Good, but some areas for improvement
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. Friendly staff. The room service was great.

Cons:

The noise levels [from staff] late at night and early morning. While I understand that they are on duty, they talk very loud in the passages. The hotel is also busy with renovations so the restaurants with the nice views were closed. We had to eat in a conference area far away from the view. This wasn't communicated when I booked my room.

There was work going on in the property ..which they didn't inform prior..if u see in the description It is written kitchenette included ..but there was no stove or gas in the room induction was also not there ..I asked for big bowl which they didn't provided

Had to wait for check in room was not ready at 14h00 as stated was only ready at four had to sit in lobby. Massive construction ongoing with some facilities not being available, without advising of this whilst booking.
