Location waz amazing. Booked for a group of about 35.

Cons:

Overall cleaning of the rooms especially given that I had a group booking. . Beds were made but floors not cleaned, teas/water not replenished etc. Had to make several calls before action was taken. Housekeeping supervision needs to improve

Delay when you arrive at the property and need to check in room was not ready,which took for ever to be ready even though i phoned 2 weeks prior to arrange early check in(i was rest assured that the hotel do early check in for long distance guest) as we will be in the bus for 25 hours

The stay was really not great and super comfortable and I won’t be booking at this hotel again.

The food was lovely.

Cons:

Our did not look like the photos that were provided on booking.com. The room was so small and the bed base didn’t have a cover or feet. The cupboards couldn’t open so we had nowhere to put our clothes other than on the floor. Room service was really terrible and they didn’t even bring what I asked for. I complained about the rooms and we were then moved- to a room that had no access to water. With a small baby that was really frustrating. I then complained and we were moved again. They were busy with renovations below us- without informing us- and they were drilling and making so much noise right through the day- baby couldn’t take naps and it really impacted us greatly.
