No communication from hotel to explain where the entrqnce and check in counter was. TV not working, remote is illegible. USB ports not working. Bedlight shorting. Air conditioner not working. Room was not ready at 1500 to check in.

Mostly 85% :the accommodation was exquisite, housekeeping just needd to pay more attention to details.. example make sure there clean towels daily and tissue

The noise level was terrible and unbearable
.from other guests... Older women who have little respect for public shared spaces... More measures and control on the allowed Noise levels especially the sleeping area, ooh the morning Breakfast needs to be reviewed..it not looking for good to the eye, the eggs were soggy and not so pleasant but otherwise excellent staff, friendly and human+Humility)was heartwarming.
