If you send a message to the property would you think they would answer and not two days after you checkout? Communication poor , where was the hot water for a bath in the evening?

Good location and clean.

The room and bathroom was comfortable.
Breakfast and staff were great.

Cons:

Reception check in was not great.
Housekeeper cannot make a bed, sheet and duvet on wrong, I had to change it every night. When I showed her, she was VERY rude. Her body ordure was VERY horrible and stayed in the room!

Large beachfront hotel offers excellent service on all fronts
Pros:

The room was large with a sitting area, and bathroom had a tub, a nice perk. The breakfast was outstanding, with so many options we surely gained weight. The on-site bar/restaurant was great for casual meals…and Armani was a fantastic waiter, with lots of laughs. We ate twice in the dining room and food was well prepared. The hotel is huge with open plan, roof to main floor making you feel you are the only one there even with large groups and conferences coming and going. Great beach, not for swimming, and big winds. Rooftop pool area was great with a shaded area for reading and hanging out.

Cons:

Room entry doors are heavy such that they close with a huge bang, countering the quiet that is throughout. The housekeeping is managed in a way that we never knew who was our help, as they seemed to be different daily. We dislike that, as part of the fun of travel is meeting and chatting to local folks…and we were told to leave our tip at the front desk for the manager to divide up according to a schedule of service.

Good for the price but lack of AC was a big issue given the heat.
Pros:

The pool, gym and views from the property were great. Apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning in the apartments even though this is advertised as having AC. The whole apartment only had 2 standing fans so it was uncomfortable, especially at night.
