I cannot say enough good things about how this wonderful staff handled my friend's birthday! They went completely above and beyond to make the night special. The team brought out a cake and sang beautifully to celebrate, which was such a touching and memorable surprise. To top it all off, they didn't even charge us for the cake! The exceptional service and genuine care made our evening unforgettable. We will definitely be back

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The touch-ups to the bathroom was a bit messy. Seems like it was done in haste. It didn't really bother us, it was just something we noticed.
View was great! And it was quiet - no loud noises or loud neighbours.

Cons:

Bed in main bedoom was uncomfortable and the pillows where too flat.
We couldn't get the safe in to work.

Our stay at Lagoon Beach was truly exceptional. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, with magnificent views of the ocean and Table Mountain that create an unforgettable experience.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, and the staff members are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to assist.

One aspect that particularly stood out to me was the excellent communication with guests. During my stay, a fire drill was conducted on Monday, and notices were delivered to all the rooms well in advance. This demonstrated not only effective communication but also the establishment's commitment to health and safety compliance and the well-being of its guests.

I highly recommend Lagoon Beach to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful location with outstanding service.
