Important information:

The swimming pool is open from Easter until October. Please note that it is not heated.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of €25 per night/animal and deposit of €200 will be applied. A maximum of 1 pet (cat or dog) is allowed and with a maximum weight of 20 kg. All requests for pets are subject to confirmation by the property.

The minimum age to access the spa is 14 years. Minors between the ages of 14 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Price: €17per person (50 minutes).

Credit cardholder must match guest name or provide authorization.

As well with reservations of more than 4 rooms, special conditions and supplements will apply to those of more than 8 nights.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Service and hotel standards below four-star expectations

The rooms were acceptable overall, but slightly below expectations. Unfortunately, the main issues were related to service, communication, maintenance and overall hospitality standards.

Before arrival, we requested connecting rooms for our family stay. We were told the hotel would “do its best” but could not guarantee it. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel does not have connecting rooms at all. This should have been communicated clearly from the beginning instead of creating false expectations.

The only solution proposed was to place us in two separate rooms on the same floor, but at opposite ends of the corridor. Even though we were staying for a full week, no meaningful effort or alternative solution was offered afterward.

The staff also asked the age of our children and suggested it was acceptable for them to stay alone. This is not a decision for hotel staff to make and felt completely inappropriate. Another staff member told my wife that she was on holiday and should smile, which again was unprofessional and unnecessary. Overall, the staff seemed to lack basic hospitality training and customer awareness.

The breakfast offered a good variety of products, but the experience itself was disappointing. The breakfast room is located underground without windows, making it feel close and unpleasant.

Service during breakfast was also inconsistent and below expectations for a four-star hotel. On the first day, when I asked for a cappuccino, I was told to get one myself from the machine, despite several staff members standing around chatting. Only later did someone eventually bring a proper cappuccino. The following day, I asked again and it took around 20 minutes to arrive, by which time I had already needed to leave.

In addition, there were visible maintenance and hygiene concerns in the bathroom area.
