Important information:

The swimming pool is open from Easter until October. Please note that it is not heated.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of €25 per night/animal and deposit of €200 will be applied. A maximum of 1 pet (cat or dog) is allowed and with a maximum weight of 20 kg. All requests for pets are subject to confirmation by the property.

The minimum age to access the spa is 16 years. Minors between the ages of 16 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Price: €17per person (50 minutes).

Credit cardholder must match guest name or provide authorization.

As well with reservations of more than 4 rooms, special conditions and supplements will apply to those of more than 8 nights.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Cons:

The rooms need better maintenance. The TV didn’t work, and the AC wasn’t good in any of the three rooms I stayed in. In August, good AC is a must!!!!

Fijn hotel midden in het centrum van Barcelona

De ligging en mogelijkheid om te zwemmen.

Cons:

De initiële familiekamer die we kregen was heel donker met een klein raam dat uitkeek op een muur. Dit meteen aangegeven en ze hadden gelukkig een andere kamer voor ons, dus dat werd goed opgelost.

Teleurstelling

Airco functioneerde sinds begin niet goed waardoor het erg warm was (25-26 graden, bij uitchecken 24.5) Meerdere keren maintenance maar kon niet worden gerepareerd, hotel zat vol dus geen alternatief. We moesten contact opnemen met manager voor compensatie. Bij uitchecken had de manager geen tijd, we zouden per mail contact en compensatie krijgen (ook omdat er nog een kakkerlak op de kamer zat)
Na herhaaldelijk contact gezocht te hebben na 4 dagen nog steeds geen reactie helaas.

Perfect for City trip

Nice location, at a nice place. Combination of location, connection and entertainment is perfect. Rooms are fine and okay. Pool area really good and special. Nice service Overall.

Cons:

Bar feeling at Terraza and Hotel Bar could be better. Rooms okay, not more.
