Cons:

Trải nghiệm không mấy hài lòng về khách sạn. Mình ở 2 ngày nhưng ks không hề clear phòng, rác để trước cửa phòng cũng không clear. Toilet ẩm mốc có mùi hôi, không có nước nóng.

Tốt, ổn, sạch sẽ, thoải mái.
Pros:

Nhìn chung phòng cực kì sạch sẽ, thoải mái, gọn gàng. Tiện nghi trong phòng đều có đủ cả nên nói chung là sẽ không thiếu thứ gì cả nhé. Vị trí Hotel cũng gần thành phố nên không lo nhiều về việc thiếu chỗ ăn uống nếu cần thiết

I love this hotel...
Pros:

I love this hotel, it's a great location for me and the hotel is great. I always ask for the garden room furthest from reception, it is so peaceful with beautiful views over the water gardens. The staff are lovely.

I like to stay here it's very convenient for me and love the hotel. I always ask for a room further from reception because the view over the water gardens is beautiful. The staff are great too.

Great hotel, I really like the end room with great views I'll be back.
Pros:

I've stayed here before, the location is excellent for me. I really like this hotel the room layout is great, there's a single corridor of rooms with the garden running the length of the corridor. The end of the corridor is furthest from reception and overlooks some farmland with a lovely view. The staff are lovely and friendly.

Cons:

All good.

It's my happy place.
Pros:

I love staying here. For me it's a perfect location. I had the end room overlooking the water meadows, it a great view and get's a decent breeze on a hot day. It's a great place to relax. The staff are so friendly, they were lovely.

Cons:

All good.

Pros:

Love the modern aesthetic of the hotel. Nice garden in the middle of outdoor patio was a nicer touch. Hotel taxi service was helpful in taking
us from hotel to bus pickup spot on day of departure. Staff was kind, helpful, cheerful, and enthusiastic. Arrived to the hotel during heavy rainfall, but the receptionist was so nice, she provided umbrellas for us all. Pictures of the family rooms were accurate. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and neat.

Cons:

Found a fairly large huntsman spider in the middle of the night and your common house gecko crawling around one of the rooms. Harmless to us and I appreciate the nature, but was a little off-putting to some of my guests.
WiFi was a little slow and but we managed.

Cons:

The hotel allows guests to stay by the hour, for couples to privet talk, and in fact I saw that when I was here. Not suitable for me and my family on vacation or travel.

amazing stay!
Pros:

Suuuper nice and caring staff, who really went above and beyond to help us out. Amazing beds and really nice room in general. Also good location, and nice parking
