Perfect!
Pros:

Such a beautiful hotel! And the staff were outstanding! I was upgraded to the best room! A unbelievable view on the Matterhorn… with the morning sunlight!! I can’t wait to return! And what a surprise… a bath tub!

An excellent ski holiday in a wonderful mountain town
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff
Good breakfast including fresh omelettes on request
Very nice spa
Great location close to Gornergrat station and Sunnegga funicular
Ski lockers were a welcome change from the usual skis and boots all over the room

Cons:

Shower tended to be lukewarm
Difficult to sit comfortably in room(no chair or headboard in bed

Pros:

Breakfast was gorgeous. The spa & outdoor pool were perfect for late afternoon/early evening after a long day exploring/skiing.

Cons:

A few issues with room. Light stopped working in bathroom and the telephone also. Once we reported the light, it was fixed quickly.

Very pleasant stay in a convenient hotel where you can eat very well.
Pros:

The Marie's Deli Zermatt restaurant where we ate twice. The breakfast choice and quality of food was also excellent.
The hotel is very conveniently situated. Our room had a nice view.

Cons:

Tea and coffee making equipment in our room was not placed close to a plug. I had to carry the kettle into our bathroom to use it. The coffee making machine was too big to move.
The bathroom shower was not immediately easy to use and the folding shower door was initially stuck and took me 10 minutes to open it. Also the water flow out of the bath was very slow - perhaps partially blocked. I did point these things out to hotel staff when we departed.

Overall this was a great hotel and on the quieter side of Zermatt. Staff is excellent and accommodating

The service and staff is excellent and very accommodating

Cons:

It would be nice if the hours if the access to amenities such as pool and sauna didn’t end so early. The breakfast was good but not quite on par with other hotels in Switzerland and with a French branded hotel.

We had a great stay. Rooms were a little dated but beds comfortable. LOVE bartender Nicolas
Pros:

Restaurant staff and bar staff were awesome. Wonderful breakfast.

Cons:

Luke warm hot tub inside was such a bummer.

Das einzige Abendessen, das wir in diesem Hotel gegessen haben; es ging so!

Cons:

Badezimmer; keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, die Badewanne musste dafür verwendet werden!
Elektro- und IT-Installationen; z.T. kein oder dann zu Unzeiten kam Licht (wie eine Alarmstelle - EIN dann wieder AUS!
Diese Installationen waren/sind total falsch programmiert oder installiert. Man musste annehmen, dass diese Sachen nicht zu Ende gedacht und erledigt worden sind.

Great hotel in a special a village
Pros:

Great location. The interior of the hotel downstairs is stunning around the bar area Resturant.. beautiful fireplace with comfortable seating. Love the spa facilities view of the Matterhorn.. really clean pleasant staff were there to help.

Cons:

The room was far too hot. Made it uncomfortable to sleep during the night. Would’ve liked to have fresh milk in the fridge. But none of this stopped us loving our stay.

Magical hotel with fantastic staff, food and facilities!
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was wonderful - great location, clean rooms, lovely atmosphere, delicious breakfast and wonderful facilities. My family especially loved the outdoor pool, which was truly magical. The owners of the hotel make an effort to get to know the guests and make them feel welcome. Wonderful stay, many thanks!

Lovely hotel shame about the heating.
Pros:

The breakfast were very good. Location was convenient. The views were spectacular.

Cons:

Room was very warm. Too warm had to open window and door and let sub zero air in. Staff couldn’t help reduce the heat in the room. Pity apart from that our stay was very good.
