Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Schwimmbad, kleinem beheizten Aussenpool und Sauna.
Frühstück war sehr gut (grosses Buffet). Die Rezeptionist*innen waren alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wird durften unser Gepäck einstellen lassen damit wir am Abreisetag noch Snowboarden konnten.
Nah am Bahnhof und bei der Rothornbahn. Kommen gerne wieder!

Eles forneceram um upgrade de quarto com vista para o Matterhorn. Foi maravilhoso!! As acomodações são muito boas, os atendentes simpáticos. Adorei!

Cons:

O restaurante! Tinha um italiano servindo mal humorado que toda hora vinha conferir se tínhamos terminado de comer. Muito desagradável. Eu ainda havia perguntado se teria tempo para fazer a refeição. Parece que ela foi literalmente esquentada no microondas. Horrível! Não recomendo! O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor também, poucas opções.

Everything was perfect
Pros:

Excellent location, facilities, spa, outdoor pool with sauna. And of course, exceptional service! All of the staff was very attentive. I would like to specifically thank Hakan and Joseph at reception who made our stay so comfortable!

Es waren schöne 2 Tage hier in Zermatt. Das Hotel & Personal werden wir in guter Erinnerung behalte.
Pros:

Ich reiste mit meiner Mutter und Onkel.
Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Über das Hotelzimmer bis zum Frühstück und die Lage des Hotels.
Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zermatterkern.
Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Den Wellness Bereich haben wir nicht benutzt da es draussen schon sehr warm war.

Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste mal.

:-) j'ai prolongé de 2 jours et serais volontiers restée 2 jours sup si la chambre avait été libre!

la chambre au dernier étage

Cons:

comme il faisait chaud, insectes volants et mouches s'invitaient dans la chambre dès que la lumière s'allumait. L'hôtel n'avait / ne fournissait pas ces petits appareils à mettre dans la prise électrique... j'ai dû en acheter un (env. 15.- fr) et... plus de mouches!
