Pros:

Hôtel près des gares pour le train d'arrivée et pour les activités de ski et touristique la vue sur le Cervin et le jardin

Pas d'explication pour l'éclairage intérieur et pas de service pour les coussins pour fauteuil extérieur restaurant souvent fermé le soir repas pas bon

Pros:

Очень хорошее расположение. Прекрасный персонал. Отличная кровать и постельное белье. Балкончик, залитый солнцем с отличным видом каждое утро поднимает настроение. У отеля есть скидка в прокатном салоне. За инвентарь не нужно оставлять залог, что тоже очень удобно. Шикарные завтраки. У отеля великолепная зона СПА!

Cons:

Не понравился ужин. Еда просто не вкусная. Может быть не повезло. Но оба блюда были пресными. Очень странная уборка. Закончившийся лосьон просто не приносили. В целом это не проблема, но как-то странно. На балконе всегда была лужа из тающего снега. Тоже не критично, но в тапочках на балкон не выйдешь.

Perfect!
Pros:

Such a beautiful hotel! And the staff were outstanding! I was upgraded to the best room! A unbelievable view on the Matterhorn… with the morning sunlight!! I can’t wait to return! And what a surprise… a bath tub!

Pros:

Breakfast was gorgeous. The spa & outdoor pool were perfect for late afternoon/early evening after a long day exploring/skiing.

Cons:

A few issues with room. Light stopped working in bathroom and the telephone also. Once we reported the light, it was fixed quickly.

An excellent ski holiday in a wonderful mountain town

Ski lockers were a welcome change from the usual skis and boots all over the room
